    A great upgrade from the first generation, The build quality is much better and noise cancellation blocks out more noise.

    I was happy with the Bose gen1 headphones until the battery drained quite significantly over a year’s time. I stepped up to this gen2 and find the clarity of calls is better. This was an open-box in excellent condition saving me money. Happy with this product.
