The Bose QuietComfort Ultra (2nd Gen) takes everything great about the QC line and turns it up a notch. The CustomTune and Immersive Audio modes create a true 3D soundstage that feels natural, not gimmicky. Active noise cancellation is still industry-leading, but now transitions more smoothly with adjustable aware levels. The Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity is rock-solid , instant pairing and multipoint support work flawlessly between my phone and laptop. Battery life averages around 24 hours per charge, and a quick 15-minute top-up gives several hours of playback. The touch and physical control combo is intuitive, and the redesign feels lighter yet sturdier. For audiophiles and everyday listeners alike, the QC Ultra 2nd Gen delivers a premium experience with class-leading comfort and sound accuracy. Bose once again sets the bar for wireless noise-cancelling headphones.

[Employee of bestbuy] Overall product is well built, it's biggest advantage against competitors like Sony xm6 is it's simply more comfortable. On top of having a bit more appealing designs. Compared to the previous generation not much a difference only added mode in the app.

[Employee of bestbuy] Great overall sound and fit. Usb c audio is a plus. Only downside was the clamp force of the headset was light making it shift and almost falling off when looking down.

Switching over from Sennheiser I was nervous about quality of materials and sound, my worries are still present but less important now, my only complaint is the plastic chassis, I would have preferred metal, but the audio quality is superb, the battery life matches it, even with noise cancelling on.

Game changer! I’ve always been a big Beats headphones person but it feels like the quality has severely gone downhill. Numerous pairs bought for my husband and kids and they always break in the same part of the headband. Thought I’d give these Bose a try and I will never buy another pair of Beats again. The sound is amazing. The style is cute as ever. The battery life has been great. Amazing headphones!

They are so comfortable on my head, sound quality is great, with the app you are able to tune the equalizer to your taste which I really love, the 4 different listening modes each have their own different use cases. Although I wish the noise canceling was slightly better.

I was very excited when I was finally able to save up for these headphone. I have been a bose customer for a a few years. Bose headphones were my go to headphones until they weren't. After falling in love with my Sony XM5, I wanted to see what the hype was about with the Ultra Gen 2 headphone. I ended up saving money and buying them. I ended up returning them in less then 24 hours. The sound quality was great, the ANC were not. I always test headphones with my box fan in my room. I coukd still hear my box fan with ANC on. It just muted it. With all the hype, I had hope Bose ANC would have came a lot further by 2026. My Sony XM5 ANC is 100x better. Maybe I got a bad pair, but this is why I left Bose and went to Sony before.

That said, we're sorry to learn that the noise cancellation performance did not meet your expectations and that your experience led you to return the headphones within such a short period. We understand how disappointing that can be, especially after saving up for a purchase and being excited to try a product that you've heard so much about.

They sound amazing! The latest update addressed my concerns of always announcing which devices are connected. The battery lasts long and the app is easy to use. My only complaint is the automatic head detection. If you're laying down, it'll pause the music/video. I had to turn it off. Otherwise, they're great. If you're coming from Airpods, these can only connect to 2 devices at a time, so you'll have to manually reconnect each time you use a device that isn't one of the last 2 you used.

I use these everyday to help manage my TBI induced tinnitus. The ANC function works very well. The build quality is quite good and they come with a carrying case that takes the worry out of traveling with them. Could you get the same features from a different manufacturer? Probably. Would they be any better? Maybe. One thing is for sure, they could be a lot worse. My old headphones claimed to have noise cancelling and they were even close to these. I realize the Sony's get better reviews but I did not like the design and they didn't seem as well made. I will admit the ANC did seem noticeablely better but I couldn't get past the fit and finish.

The headphones were in great condition when I received them. The sound is on the balanced side with slight emphasis on the bass but is it perfect for me. As the name suggests they are super comfortable and ANC is amazing. If I had to say anything negative it would only be they are not made for the gym, a small sacrifice for comfort the clamp force is not strong enough for heavy lifting.
