The sound quality of the headphones are crisp, consistent, and bassy if the setting is applied. The quality of the plastic is the same as all plastic given its lightweight capabilities ig, and the product opening was kinda satisfying.

He wears and enjoys these headphones, most of the time, and I am thrilled that he loves the sound that he gets through them. The process for buying the gift was easy, quick and seamless. Best Buy is the “best”.

And you cant beat the sound quality of Bose. Compared to NC700 headphones, Bose has changed the gesture controls and is more responsive.

I wish they had something like the Sony xm6 where you could cup the phone and hear conversations without taking them off or hear that you or someone is speaking and adjust the ANC.

My Sony headphones connect without any problems on the same device, so I don't believe it's a laptop issue. Disappointing for an otherwise great product.
