This headset surprised me. I had the Sony XM4s before this and frankly I was expecting a small upgrade but nothing too crazy. This has improved on every dimension. The noise cancelling is better the call quality is better and the passthrough is better basically everything you do on this headset just works well. I was able to have a conversation in a busy airport without the person on the other end having any issues hearing me. Switching between modes (passthrough, noise cancelling, immersive) is easy and I love the voice confirmation. The best way I can describe it is that it just works how you expect it would and is exceptional. Comfort on top of everything else is of course also exceptional. The one complaint I have is that the Bose app on Android has no dark mode :( come on Bose it could have been perfect!

Bose really out did themselves this time! Here’s my rankings: audio quality: 10/10, noise cancelling: 10/10, battery life: 10/10, durability: 9/10, setup: 9/10, connectivity: 9.5/10, user friendly: 9.5/10, appearance: 9.5/10. If you’re worried about the sound quality, don’t be. Bose does it best and the new immersive mode is something you have never truly experienced before! Again, worth every penny!

These are the best over the ear headphones I’ve ever owned. They block a lot of sound. I use this riding in helicopters and have no problems. They are great for tuning out the world and relaxing with music or white noise. Long battery life and comfortable with extended use. Highly recommend

Coming from the second gen QC45, these are a great upgrade. The battery life is significantly improved! I used to have to rechard my 45's daily to every to every other day. Once I got the Ultra 2's, the battery life it shipped with, 80%, lasted me four days! They are comfortable on my big head and the sound quality had improved quite a bit. The noise cancelling is significantly better and no weird pressure feeling! These were expensive, but worth the money. Another positive is I can be connected to my PC and Phone at the same time and I don't get the crackling I used to get with my old ones when connected to two sources.

Bose QuietComfort Headphones are great quality, comfortable, and have a great battery. I can go weeks without charging them and they quickly charge! These are my second pair of QuietComfort Headphones and they are amazing. The sound and noise cancellation are great, the different sound modes help you get immersed in the sound.

They work well with many of my devices such as my computer, iPad , iPhone, and Roku 43” HDR LED TV. They are simple to operate as they have a mode button for “Immersion” “Quiet” & “Aware”, the Aware option disables the noise cancellation feature, There is a Bose app that is downloadable from the App Store to enhance the experience on Apple devices. I have read that there is an identical app for android devices as well. This app supports multipoint connection for multiple Bluetooth connected devices. They aren’t as loud as I expected them to be but the noise canceling makes up for having to turn up the volume anyways. The headphones are clear and do not distort at full volume. They hold a charge for a long time also, I have been able to go as long as needed on a full charge. You will have to get a USB-C charger as it only comes with the cable and no block.

Amazing headphones, I go about 3 days sometimes 5 without having to charge them so the battery life is really good with aware mode constantly on. The ear pads are very soft and comfortable to wear for extended periods of time and the bass is by far the best I've ever tried in headphones.

The sound quality is impeccable; these headphones are extremely comfortable, both on the head and on the ears. The battery life is robust and long-lasting. I proudly recommend this product to anyone looking for a state-of-the-art pair of headphones.

A lightweight, comfortable headphone with great mid range and active noise cancellation that rivals other premium headphones. The 2nd gen ultra comfort truly is an upgrade compared to the 1st gen in terms of battery, software and better balanced mid range sound. In terms of comfort, it is the same, if not more softer to wear compared to the previous gen. Highly recommend this product if you wear glasses, as the clamp downs aren’t tight like the Sony XM06 or other brands.

Without a doubt, a fantastic pair of headphones. Comfortable, excellent with noise cancellation, holds a charge for a long time. I am enjoying them more than any other purchase I've made in a long time!

Excellent noise suppression. I can't believe how good my Spotify and Podcasts sound. Will be a MAJOR improvement on my international plane flights this year. The ear pieces fit comfortably over my ears and are extremely comfortable. Love the upgraded battery life.

Main reason I purchased these headphones was because of noise cancellation. They are fantastic so far and the battery life is great I’ve used them for about 3-4 hrs a day and haven’t needed to recharge in 3 days and still have 70% battery life left. They are lightweight compared to other brands and very easy to use. Very happy with this purchase and would recommend.

I can’t hear a thing with these on. Amazing. Music is great and the equalizer options are great for different sounds. Lighter and better battery than older models.

Love my Bose QuietComfort ultra gen 2. its everything i could ask for on a headphone. Sound is top notch comfort is really good. I use it for my work out at the gym. I love the fact that i can switch from quiet mode to gym mode with the press of a button. Also the volume control on the headphone is touch, no extra buttons!

Sound quality is excellent. The noise cancelling is maybe 2nd only to Sony's, and it's very close. They're extremely comfortable for long sessions. They're not recommended for working out, but I wear mine to the gym every day. As long as you're not sweating a lot, they should be fine. I have a different pair I wear for cardio or anytime I'm going sweat a lot. A gentle wipe down after each workout and they're still like new. Case is nice and keeps them safe in my gym bag. Call quality is good and acceptable. They're expensive, but competitive with other headphones in this class. Premium/top of the line headphones.

This headset is really nice, the music listening experience is great, really well balanced, they are really confortable to the point that sometimes you forget you have them on, nice for long trips, i just wouldn't recomend this set for working out or jogging due to them not staying tight on your head

I may have a biased review because I've been a fan of BOSE for a very long time. Once again, Bose delivered with the QC Ultra 2. Sound quality is excellent, fit and comfort are great, noise cancelling is excellent. Battery life has been excellent so far and I have no issues. I'm very happy with my purchase.

My choices really fought between the Bose QC Ultra 2nd Gen and the Sennheiser HDB 630. Since my application was mostly taking meetings, having that mic super clear was of higher priority for me. But man, the audio quality is great, and as its name suggests, they are really comfortable. The Noise cancellation is so good, it feels weird, it sometimes gets quieter than a quiet room. You need to experience it to know what I am talking about.
