Overall there are a lot of positives about this set… very comfortable, Spatial Audio works well, excellent ANC. The biggest downside for me is the intermittent random pausing of audio while wearing them when I look around. It’s almost like the headphones think I’m not wearing them sometimes when I look down at my phone and they pause the audio which is frustrating. The EQ is pretty limited and I don’t think they’re the best sounding I’ve ever worn but excellent anc and comfort makes up for it.

Absolutely the best headphones period. I have had Beats, Sony, Panasonic......these are the best sounding headphones i have ever had. Love the way you can customize listening to what you are watching and listening to.....highly recommend.....

Great product works well. I bought it for traveling so that I can sleep on those early morning 5 AM. Flights put some put some chill music on. The product works well it has good sound quality.

The noise cancellation is outstanding. I vacuumed the house while easily listening to an audio book without turning up the volume of my Pixel 9 Pro. The headphones are light and comfortable but do run a little hot when worn for a period of time. The feature that automatically turns them on and off when taken off it or put on works seamlessly. I could not be more pleased. A plane trip across the Atlantic is coming up and I am confident that these headphones will work!

These headphones are amazing! The immersive sound makes me feel like I'm in a movie theater instead of my living room. They're great for any kind of music and I especially appreciate that they can handle songs with heavy bass.

These headphones are amazing! They are extremely comfortable, the noise cancellation is amazing and the sound is very good. I am not someone who is overly picky about what the audio sounds like, so I will admit that I am easily pleased there. If you are someone who wants a bit more depth to the music, you may want a different set of headphones, but I think these are perfect for a casual listener just looking to block out the noise. I can wear these for hours and have never had any discomfort.

These are really an amazing piece of technology that doesn't get the love they should. They automatically tune themselves to your ears when you turn them on, with them on your head already, using a microphone that is in each ear cup. Then they use the same microphone to adapt the ANC to what you are actually hearing inside the ear cup. Pretty cool stuff!

Personally, there are no other headphones that have the sound quality of my Bose headphones. The excellent clarity of the sound relaxes me and transports me to the place where the music or movie is being played or recorded. It's as if I could see or be in that place.

I purchased these as a gift for my mother, she's very noise sensitive and has noisy neighbors. She loves them, they're her first set of headphones and she has no problem wearing them for hours at a time and they block out all the noise. They do such a good job she thought I was messing with her by just moving my mouth and not saying anything.

So far, very happy with the sound quality. Not drowning with too much bass. Noise Cancellation is very good.

NOT a Bose fan. But these are very nice. Great sound. No unexplained sounds. Easy to use and connect. Present for wife. She approves. A bit pricey.

Better highs and deeper bass, but difficult to turn off. Graphic symbols failed to communicate, but a visit to the web-site did.

Excellent noise cancellation, but I've had persistent Bluetooth connectivity issues with my Windows laptop. My Sony headphones connect without any problems on the same device, so I don't believe it's a laptop issue. Disappointing for an otherwise great product.

I had these for 60 days purchased the geek squad warranty for $109 they worked great no real issues until all of a sudden the unit start acting like it was powering off even with the full battery and it had long skips between audio. If you wait a little while like 12 hours put them back on they'd work fine. You could even try to power cycle it. Unfortunately I returned them to get something different. and best keep my extended warranty money seems little unfair since. it was 60days old they told me I could reach out to MFG for replacement. warranty seems like a scam here

Bose has and always will be my personal fav for High Quality, Audio Perfection. My 1st Bose purchase was in 1983 - a set of 901 Speakers for a massive stereo system I acquired in Japan during my Military Service! The pedestal stands they mounted on made everything thing complete when I secured them to the Ceiling!! These Headphones were my latest purchase from Bose and it goes without saying….,They ROCK!!

Game changer! I’ve always been a big Beats headphones person but it feels like the quality has severely gone downhill. Numerous pairs bought for my husband and kids and they always break in the same part of the headband. Thought I’d give these Bose a try and I will never buy another pair of Beats again. The sound is amazing. The style is cute as ever. The battery life has been great. Amazing headphones!
