Customer Ratings & Reviews

Sony who? These bose beat the sony XM6 in every way, I had both pairs for around a month, and the bose are far better in comfort, ANC, natural noise dense, sound quality, and honeslty build quailty, no more fear of a broken hinge.

Airports and airplanes can be full of noises that you don’t wanna hear. I was traveling to Miami to board a cruise ship to the Bahamas and wanted to block out any unwanted noise. I researched noise canceling headphones, and it narrowed the field down to two. When arriving at Best Buy I found an associate that was very informed and extremely helpful in me deciding what I was ultimately going to purchase the Bose headphones are selected were more than adequate. It blocked out, crying babies, loud voices, and annoying airport pages. On a scale of 1 to 10 a definite 12 I am a 100% satisfied customer. Nice job Bose excellent work Best Buy!

Very comfortable, not heavy .. and the sound is warm and rich, clearer than the QC-35; I do like the available adjustments. The controls may take some getting used to. I do like this upgrade. Sound cancellation is different but quite effective.

Finally foubd iver the head headphones that can cup but not hurt my ears. And you cant beat the sound quality of Bose. Compared to NC700 headphones, Bose has changed the gesture controls and is more responsive.

These headphones are the best noise cancelling ones I've had. Much better than the apple AirPods max because the bose are lighter and more comfortable. I always trust bose when it comes to speakers and headphones and have yet to be disappointed. They're perfect for studying helping cut out background noise.

Absolutely amazing headphones. The sound quality is noticeably richer and fuller than my last-gen AirPods Pro, and the multi-device connection with seamless automatic transitions is a game-changer. Comfort, clarity, and convenience all in one — truly exceptional.

My new bose ultra headphones are amazing! Love the sound quality and outside noise cancellation. But the BEST part is how long the battery charge lasts. I can use them at the gym all week on one charge. It’s insane

The Bose QC Ultra Gen 2 is an excellent everyday headphone, but only a decent audiophile headphone. Stock tuning is warm and bass-heavy, with recessed mids and treble that can sound slightly unnatural. Detail and imaging are good for an ANC headphone, but resolution, dynamics, and timbre fall behind good wired headphones at this price. EQ significantly improves the sound by reducing the bass and increasing the mids and treble, making it clearer, more balanced, and engaging, though Bose's limited 3-band EQ and noticeable compression with larger adjustments hold it back. Comfort is exceptional and the ANC is among the best available. Overall, it's a fantastic portable headphone, but there are much better options if pure sound quality is the priority.

Excellent balanced Quality sound compared to other headphones that I had. Good workmanship complete with functional case the material type used is fantastic. Looks lucrative while wearing in flight travels, many asks and complimented the look.

I really like the color, and they sound very good. I think the price is a little high, but I got it at 400 including Geek Squad, so I got a good bargain. Overall, very nice headphones.

Amazing sound loved the fit and comfort too. I enjoyed how it was easy to use features.

These are the headphones I have ever had . I wear these all day at work for video conferencing. The sound is superb. My voice is clear to others. I have used these to watch movies at home and it is so much better than surround sound. Music sounds better than ever. Additionally, the noise cancellation allows me to concentrate in a busy office when I need quiet time without sound.

Hands down the mosy comfortable headphones I’ve ever wron, epsecially coming from Airpods Max. The ANC is unreal too, with music on it drowns out almost every sound imaginable. The sound quality is very good but it’s not its best feature. For travel, these are the best on the market.

Just purchased them so i have not had much time to play around with them. So far they sound very good, like the prior model. They connect much faster to my laptop, unlike the prior model. I have noticed that when you are on a call if you speak too loud your voice will sound distorted, speak at a normal volume and it’s perfectly fine. Will be back with a more in-depth review once i have used them for a longer period.

Fantastic sound and feel, not just made of all plastic, inside frame is metal so nice and sturdy where it matters. Nice leather carrying case as well.

2nd Gen offers a more Sleek design that also features 2 tone color options on all the new models. It was hard to choose which ones to get - they all looks amazing! Bose upgraded the already awesome immersive audio package and added spacial audio boosts too! Sound quality is AMAZING, they are very comfortable to wear for long periods of time, battery definitely holds up on the same charge for MUCH longer periods. I can’t find anything I don’t love about these headphones! HIGHLY recommend - you won’t be disappointed!

This is an amazing product with amazing sound. Connecting is hassle free

Love these headphones! This is my second pair and I love the noise canceling features on them! They have great sound and are very comfortable, I can wear them for long periods of time without my ear pieces hurting my ears! Would highly recommend.

100/100 battery las more than expected the sounds is perfect

Excellent sound quality. The headphones are technically “on” even if it’s with aux for the noise cancelling and I don’t think the aux works without power. That being said the noise cancellation is impeccable and comfortable on the head.
