Absolutely amazing sound quality, comfort and noise cancelleation. Bought as an open box - excellent quality and it's definitely worth what I paid for

Excellent Quality and comfort. Work real well when I am at the gym and need to concentrate.

Phenomenal Bose sound with comfort to match. Boy howdy did songs really just be songing in my earholes with these. Plus the aesthetic went with a sweater I got so the accessorizing really pops off here.

I had the xm6 and returned them for the new bose. I couldnt be happier with my purchase; i just like boses sound signature better and the headphones are extremely comfortable. The noise canceling is very good to shut off the world and focus on what youre doing.

The sound is amazing, as expected from Bose. However, the sound cancellation is less effective than my 35QC. With those I can't even hear our door buzzer. But with these, while the noise cancellation is good, it's not quite what I need for something like an airplane travel. Given the choice, I'll actually stick with my 35QuietComfort set. These are very pretty though.

Very good product great sound and battery life. Noise canceling works great while flying.

I got these for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves them… he uses them for when he works out or just wants to sound out the world around him… amazing sound quality and sleek looking design too

After trying a few types of ANC headphones (nothing headphones (a), Momentum 4s, Bose QC Gen 1), these really satisfied my needs. For context, I am a college student with small, sensitive ears and wear glasses; I needed something comfortable for long study hours. I tried the models mentioned, and they just didn't have the level of ANC as the Bose QC Gen 2. Although sound quality was not my priority, it is great with a bit of EQ. I have to say, though, there are some moments where the headphones have a break in sound when on a bumpy road (or on the bus), or when they are low on battery. Overall: * Comfort is great (even after many hours of use) * Sound quality is great (with a bit of EQ) * ANC is really good (better than the models mentioned) * Con: sound breaking at low battery/bumpy road

[Employee of bestbuy] Great overall sound and fit. Usb c audio is a plus. Only downside was the clamp force of the headset was light making it shift and almost falling off when looking down.

I love always Bose for the voice quality and always been a big fan of Bose. This headphone is simply amazing and everything I wanted from head phone, this one has it. So comfortable and light weight I can wear them all day long. Thanks Best Buy to have all the great products across different brands. Awesome headphones. Love them so very much.

Better for airplane use. I had a chance to compare them with Sony and the fit ti my head and the comfort is much better than Sony. Noise cancellation is equal to me.

I cant say enough about these headphone. Perfect color and fit nicely over your head. The noise cancellation is next to none. Totally recommend this purchase.

Good quality will purchase it’s again, the sound is great , color is nice and gets compared all the time

I've tried several and you can never tell the difference but with the bose ultra gen 2 you definitely can. You can hear, see, and feel the difference. As a person that travels and works minoroth in an office area this are the best

The sound is amazing. Noise cancelling with sound all the way up is a great way to be in your own world. I feel like the noise canceling could possibly be better. But honestly, it’s the best headphones that I’ve used. Better than Apple.

I had two Apple Max's. They were great while they worked but each one died within two years. Apple replaced the first one but said sorry Charlie on the second. My name's not Charlie. Tried the top-end Sony but it struggled to connect to my Apple products every time I switched devices. So I tried the Bose. Sweat! It struggles with connections a bit and can only have two devices on board at a time. Sound is full, round, deep. Works well for phone calls and Zooms.

The sound is the best I’ve heard from headphones. The noise canceling is exceptional. There’s a new setting called immersion that has additional settings than the usual “Aware” & “Quiet”, it’s audio set to Motion. You can either set the sound to remain in the center as you move your head or have the sound move with you.

The noise cancellation and the audio is superb. Very easy to connect and very versatile; use at the gym, at school, studying, or for relaxing. Overall an amazing product would recommend!

I love the comfort and the style and color the battery life is awesome

These headphones deliver clear, rich audio and are very comfortable to wear for long periods. Highly recommend!
