Customer Ratings & Reviews

Excellent ANC and very good sound quality. Light weight.

The materials feel great, and the noise cancelling is awesome. I'm used to very flimsy and plastic headphones, definitely feels like a step above the others I've tried

I’m extremely impressed with these headphones. The sound quality is crisp and well-balanced, with deep bass, clear mids, and sharp highs that make music, podcasts, and calls sound amazing. Whether I’m listening at home, working, or traveling, the audio remains consistently rich and immersive.

AMAZING QUALITY. Easy to use, light weight. Love the case

I was happy with the Bose gen1 headphones until the battery drained quite significantly over a year’s time. I stepped up to this gen2 and find the clarity of calls is better. This was an open-box in excellent condition saving me money. Happy with this product.

The sound stage on these is reslly good, the spatial audio is a lot of fun and they are really comfortable for long sessions. They also stay on your head and dont slide around a lot, while still being comfortable.

I ended up getting these when my airpods pro max stopped working on me. The noise cancellation and volume are great! Louder than the airpods pro max in my opinion. I like the different options for modes you can use. The only thing that I don’t like is when in transit (bus/shuttle) it tends to have this static sound. Putting it in commute mode sometimes helps but not really.

Amazing headset. Completely blocks the sound and has a very nice and crisp sound.

Sound good I love it and I will racamen it to anyone

I upgraded to these, I’ve had my old Bose for over 5 years. They are the best on the market. I like the color choices. I also like how it interfaces with the app. Overall, I would recommend to everyone, it’s a great investment.

Light and confortable to wear. Clear on phone call but a little pricy

Great sound! Easy setup, looks great. Highly recommend.

Premium quality and great sound. The carry case it came with is also well made and good quality. Control buttons a bit too close to each other and easy to mix-up but it's a breeze once you get familiar with it. The app is very basic and does not allow for a lot of customization

Overall there are a lot of positives about this set… very comfortable, Spatial Audio works well, excellent ANC. The biggest downside for me is the intermittent random pausing of audio while wearing them when I look around. It’s almost like the headphones think I’m not wearing them sometimes when I look down at my phone and they pause the audio which is frustrating. The EQ is pretty limited and I don’t think they’re the best sounding I’ve ever worn but excellent anc and comfort makes up for it.

It was a gift for my grandson, and he simply cannot put it down. He wears and enjoys these headphones, most of the time, and I am thrilled that he loves the sound that he gets through them. The process for buying the gift was easy, quick and seamless. Best Buy is the “best”.

Superior sound quality, one of the best headphones i’ve ever owned

Great listening. Love them. Would recommend them to friends

The noise cancellation is really good . It actually working way better than any other noise cancellation system from other devices I have had bedtime

The standout feature is Immersive Audio, which adds a spacious, almost 3D-like soundstage. Music feels more alive and engaging, especially for movies, live performances, and podcasts. Sound quality is excellent overall, with deep bass, clean mids, and crisp highs without distortion.

The best headphone and brand for bose. Nice and good sound.
