Customer Ratings & Reviews

This was a just-because gift. He's been eyeballing them for a while. He's done so much research and always came to the same conclusion. He's in school and working a part-time job, so this was the perfect gift for him to keep plugging away. In my experience with them, the clarity is quite amazing. They're lighter weight than my Sennheiser set. The app is much better than my app. Test are a very solid of headphones

The Bose headset looks sleek and stylish, and the sound quality is excellent. What really stands out is the noise cancellation—it works incredibly well and makes a huge difference, especially in busy or loud environments. Overall, it’s comfortable, great-sounding, and well worth it.

Without a doubt, a fantastic pair of headphones. Comfortable, excellent with noise cancellation, holds a charge for a long time. I am enjoying them more than any other purchase I've made in a long time!

I may have a biased review because I've been a fan of BOSE for a very long time. Once again, Bose delivered with the QC Ultra 2. Sound quality is excellent, fit and comfort are great, noise cancelling is excellent. Battery life has been excellent so far and I have no issues. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I can’t hear a thing with these on. Amazing. Music is great and the equalizer options are great for different sounds. Lighter and better battery than older models.

Amazing comfort, class-leading noise cancellation, and rich, balanced sound. Spatial audio makes movies and music feel more immersive without sounding fake. Battery life is solid and you can wear these for hours with zero fatigue. If you want premium ANC headphones that simply deliver — these are worth every dollar.

Love these. The Driftwood Sand looks so much better than the basic black ones, and they’re light enough that I can wear them all day without my ears getting sore. The noise canceling is top-tier—like, eerily quiet. It’s a bit of an investment, but if you want something that actually lasts and sounds this good, just go for it

Nice headphones works great for canceling noise besides working as headphones. Soft, compact, comfortable, great sound. Perfect for shutting out the outside world or listening to music without disturbing others. Works great with my I-phone & iPad too. I love the color. Battery lasts a long time & its easy to recharge.

Sound quality is excellent. The noise cancelling is maybe 2nd only to Sony's, and it's very close. They're extremely comfortable for long sessions. They're not recommended for working out, but I wear mine to the gym every day. As long as you're not sweating a lot, they should be fine. I have a different pair I wear for cardio or anytime I'm going sweat a lot. A gentle wipe down after each workout and they're still like new. Case is nice and keeps them safe in my gym bag. Call quality is good and acceptable. They're expensive, but competitive with other headphones in this class. Premium/top of the line headphones.

Good quality, nice design, lightweight and 10/10 sound.

The Bose - QuietComfort Ultra Headphones (2nd Gen) - Black great product with excellent noise cancelation properties. very comfortable. the sound qualities is for superior to any other product that i have owned. would recommend this product.

Sound quality is excellent and very comfortable. The batter life last me for a long time without charging. I love the headphones and will buy as a gift for a family member too!

Good headphones with amazing sound quality. The color is gorgeous. The battery also last me all day, and when I say all day I mean it. Those Sunday cleaning days are no joke and these come in handy for those days.

[Employee of bestbuy] Overall product is well built, it's biggest advantage against competitors like Sony xm6 is it's simply more comfortable. On top of having a bit more appealing designs. Compared to the previous generation not much a difference only added mode in the app.

noise cancellation definitely works. sand color looks amazing , bass is good but not too punchy. once u pair, it tells u to download the app to adjust sound settings which is nice and helpful. strap that goes over head is very comfortable

The Bose QuietComfort Ultra (2nd Gen) takes everything great about the QC line and turns it up a notch. The CustomTune and Immersive Audio modes create a true 3D soundstage that feels natural, not gimmicky. Active noise cancellation is still industry-leading, but now transitions more smoothly with adjustable aware levels. The Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity is rock-solid , instant pairing and multipoint support work flawlessly between my phone and laptop. Battery life averages around 24 hours per charge, and a quick 15-minute top-up gives several hours of playback. The touch and physical control combo is intuitive, and the redesign feels lighter yet sturdier. For audiophiles and everyday listeners alike, the QC Ultra 2nd Gen delivers a premium experience with class-leading comfort and sound accuracy. Bose once again sets the bar for wireless noise-cancelling headphones.

This Bose headphones are the best. I have tried beats and AirPods and nothing compares to these headphones. The bass and vocals are always clear and the battery lasts a long time. I rarely charge them and it last me about a week or two

Love my Bose QuietComfort ultra gen 2. its everything i could ask for on a headphone. Sound is top notch comfort is really good. I use it for my work out at the gym. I love the fact that i can switch from quiet mode to gym mode with the press of a button. Also the volume control on the headphone is touch, no extra buttons!

The sound quality is great. The comfortability of the headphones itself is amazing. I’ve gotten used to the music stopping once the headphones are removed from your ear. It would be better if you were able to adjust the length of the headphones.

Sturdy and reliable build utilizing metal components instead of plastic. They fit comfortably on my head and the noise canceling works really well with different modes that can be customized.
