Customer Ratings & Reviews

The sound quality was amazing and had a good battery life. Definitely worth the money.

Lightweight but good quality. The sound is amazing and controls are very easy to navigate.

Good Noise , long great battery life , quiet comfortable

Amazing sound and super light! Very comfortable for long sessions

Excellent sound quality and lightweight. I like that it also has USB audio.

I decided to but new headphone after my last ones were broken. I never really used boses but thought i should treat myself. Im glad i did. These are really great headphone and have( assuming) a pressure in them so when you take them off it turns them of until you turn it on. Over the sound is really good, especially the noise canceling. The only small issue i have which isn't that big is that im a college student so i do use my computer or tablet depending on what im dling and take notes from videos my proffessor gives.. so the issue is that it only pairs to my phone and if it were to pair to my tablet or computer it would only be temporary AS LONG AS MY PHONE IS ALIVE. i remember i used them and my phone died and despite me being paired to my computer it turned off because it just an extention. Idk maybe i did something wrong over all i still do give these headphones 10/10 . VERY VERISTILE

Great headphones, great quality, good bass, and overall quality is pretty good. The life battery is really nice because I can have it on for a full day and wouldn’t need to charge it. The only thing I don’t like is if I press one side of the headphones in, there’s a screeching sound. And if I want to have noise cancellation, but there’s a lot of wind I would either have to choose noise cancellation or wind cancellation. Other than that the headphones are great for the time I’ve had them.

It was really hard for me to justify spending so much on headphones but these are more than I could’ve imagined. Two types of noise canceling and one type I can’t even hear my own voice (or terrible singing along). They’re unbelievably comfortable and there’s no feeling of pressure from having them on at all. The sound moves with the motion of your head — I know it sounds weird, but I don’t know how else to describe it. And the sound quality is hands down the best you could imagine. It’s unreal. And — yes, there’s another and — you don’t miss a second of whatever you’re listening to if you lift even one of the sides up it pauses and starts back exactly where it was. I love where the volume is placed. It makes sense and is natural. The technology part is amazing but I have no idea how to describe that part. I’m not savvy or knowledgeable about that so it just seems that much more magical lol. Yes, it’s definitely an investment but a truly worthwhile one. The sound quality is priceless and noise cancellation and being able to just have that amount of silence is priceless.

These Bose QuietComfort Ultra headphones are amazing. The sound quality is super clear with deep bass, and the noise cancellation is next level — it blocks out everything. They’re also really comfortable for long use. Definitely worth it!

Comfortable, easy to use and battery lasts long enough where charging is not an issue.

Premium comfort, unbeatable noise cancellation, and immersive sound — absolutely the best headphones I’ve ever used. Bose literally outdone Sony with this new gen2 QuietComfort ultra. Absolutely the best in the market right now.

Great sound, very comfortable, and really nice noise cancellation

The noice cancellation is very good and the bettery life is great

The Bose QuietComfort Ultra a the best headphone I have purchased to date. I have worn Beats prior, the sound quality is crisp and clear and the noise control is top notch. The weight of the ultra is so light I can wear them all day while working and not feel them. I would 1000% recommend.

Struggles with very heavy down-tuned bass (Justin Kaufman “Carousel,” Audioslave “Bring ‘em Home Alive” ) but overall I’m happy with them

These are not only my workout headphones now but my headphones for everyday use. Very comfortable and the sound quality is one of the best I’ve ever experienced in a pair of headphones.

I love the headphones the price didn’t bother me it has features that are useful on a daily basis. What I would say is that the headphones lack stability on your head, an example for me is when I am at the gym the headphones always seem to slip off which bother me during my reps. Other than that the sound quality is good but I would like to give them a 5 stars but the stability is what ruins it for me!

From the extra long battery life to the pro sound this definitely worth the money.

Comfortable, blocks outside noise, worth every penny

These Bose QuietComfort Ultra (2nd Gen) headphones are a premium, technically strong option if you care about noise control and long-session comfort. The active noise cancellation is excellent—consistent, stable, and effective across common environments (HVAC hum, general background noise, and everyday distractions). Audio quality is clean and balanced with strong low-end presence without sounding muddy, and they handle vocals and detail well. From a usability standpoint, they’re lightweight and comfortable for extended wear, and the controls/connectivity have been reliable. They feel like a “set it and forget it” piece of gear—connect, block out the world, and get work done. BestBuy.com delivery was quick and the item was in stock/available right away, which made the purchase easy. Everything arrived on time and exactly as expected.
