Excellent quality, comfort, and noise cancellation. And when I don’t want the noise canceled out the aware mode is perfect I’ve owned two pairs so far

Once you get the right fit (ear tips, and wings) these are perfect for the gym. Mic quality is doable, but don’t expect studio level.

The buds sounded amazing and felt good in the ears. The wing tips held them in place no matter my head position. But after 3 days of use at work the Bluetooth would cut out, speakers would sound as if they're was interference, the noise canceling would pop on extremely loud in one ear, the Bose app wouldn't recognize the buds, only worked for calls, media would cut out, the buds refused to pair. Resetting everything allowed it to work for an hour before reverting to how they were before. If they worked how they are suppose to it'd be a 4/5. Getting the buds out of the case is awkward, and the touch sensors are finicky often changing the volume instead of playing or pausing.

Excellent-very comfortable 100% worth the purchase! I used to get earrings if I wore anything inside my ear, but this product is so comfortable I am so glad that I purchased them. I use them every day and the charge last forever. Plus the holder recharges them if they’re running low it’s amazing.

They sound good, the ANC is superb, and the fit is good. That's where the praise ends. There's no wireless charging, no multipoint, subpar battery life and the connection is probably the worst I've ever seen in a pair of true wireless earbuds. It's really a roll of the dice if the buds will connect to my phone when I take them out of the case, or if they'll even stay connected to my phone. For this price, you're far better off getting the Sony WF-1000XM5

Excellent sound quality and fit. The noise cancellation is great even in a very loud room.

I'd give them no stars if possible. The sound is good but everything else stinks, they constantly disconnect when in use and constantly connect to my phone when they are on the case in my pocket. The app is terrible, the tap functions are terrible. If you're wearing a hood or beanie they just do whatever they want. I regret the amount of money I spent on these terrible headphones.

Outstandng sound quality throughout the whole range. Good fit in the ear. Good silencing feature as well. My only complaint is that there were NO INSTRUCTIONS included.

The sound quality is really good, the addition of spatial Atmos sound really makes the depth of so much more realistic. The fit is good although if you had to find the absolute perfect fit with the ear retention, system sound excellent, for this kind of price, it would be nice if they had a charging case. It’s kind of a cheesy cut.

I adore these. Theyre extremely comfortable to wear. The noise cancelation is great. I took off one star bc they could have a slimmer/more aesthetic prifile.

Best earbuds I’ve bought they don’t move aren’t uncomfortable and last such a long time I have a hard time getting earbuds that won’t fall out my ear and these ones just like lock in and they got good customization on fittings

Good sound foe wireless buds.....just a little quiet for my taste. The Immersion sound is impressive as is the noise cancelling.....i would just like a little more volume.

As I was expecting from Bose, good sound, comfortable and good quality.

these are great for music, l really like the immersive audio for music. only complaint is the the battery life when using immersive audio. fits good in the ears and can totally block the outside world. Connected easily to my MBP and iPhone. Highly recommended to anyone who enjoys listening to music

These are fantastic; I love the fidelity and the fit. They're very comfortable in my ears and unlike other earbuds that I've had, they aren't super sensitive to accidental brushes/touches.

Great set of earbuds! Bass and sound clarity is great. Although the call quality could be more consistent.

Excellent sound and battery life. I bought these for my husband shortly before our 10 hour flight. The battery lasted the entire time! The sound and noise cancelling are also superb. He did not hear any "plane" noise the entire time.
