Not sure if it’s my pair or something wrong with this item, but I hear a fair amount of crackling periodically and one time one of the buds popped. Still like them but definitely should’ve bought the headphones instead or browsed around some more. Not the worst but also not the best choice.

The quality of sound that comes from them is unparalleled. The only thing i wish would be better is the battery life.

Overall great product when it comes to the sound and noise canceling.

No matter what I did these were uncomfortable for me. Additionally they started cutting out while at the gym. For the price they should not be doing that.

I'm sorry, however, that you had trouble finding the ideal stability band and eartip combination for yourself. Don't forget that we sell alternate sizes of stability band (0, 4) and eartip (XS, XL) for these earbuds, so those are something to try. I can’t go to any other brand since these buds provide the quality I look for. The noise cancelling is superb and I love that it has different sound features.

Noise canceling worked better than any other earbuds I have tried. Could not get them to stay in my ears. Tried all the combinations of pieces sent with them but nothing worked.

Connecting issues at least every week after 2 months, have to hard reset everytime it happens average battery life (5 hours continuous) on full charge. But no customer or video support for better Bluetooth connection for all devices (apple,samsung, etc. ) wouldn't recommend until visible improvement on easy connection down the line.
