If you're having trouble on calls, make sure the earbuds' logo is angled down towards your mouth/chin for optimal mic pickup. Great sound as expected but voice quality is bad

Within the first few calls I had been told to return the headphones and buy a new pair of the same old generation Bose headphones. The sound quality is extremely conparable to the overhead headphones counterpart in being premium and tailores to a less bass heavy ear though.

Incredible and buggy

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I forget these are in at times, and the noise cancelling and instrument seperation, they sound so good, but oh my god these are some of the buggiest pieces of tech i have ever owned. The amount of times i have had to repair these is absurd for the price, but my oh my do they sound phenomenal. So good that i cannot return them.

Connection in the right ear bud frequently takes several attempts for success. When they finally connect, the sound quality is fantastic. But trying to get them out of the case (poor physical design) and then connection issues result in a rough experience.

Great noise cancellation and awareness mode is a useful feature. Highly recommend and phenomenal investment if you enjoy your music.

I have tried many other brands and these are very good in sound especially when you can adjust the equalizer to your personal preferences and they really block out almost all ambient noises.
