Really good bass & vocals, voice calls are just average. Connection with the app can be finicky, & please add multi point connectivity with an update.

Unfortunately on phone calls, the people on the other end can hear EVERYTHING that is making noise around you. I have spoken with BOSE and their "fix" was to go to a less noisy environement, upgrade me to Over-Ear headphones, or wait for an update with an unknown release date. I never had this issue with Air Pods Pros.

As for the mic response, another thing you can try is making sure that the earbuds are angled correctly. I think sony or apple pro are no where near Bose Ultra. I go to a busy gym with loud music and crowd. With this product, I can focus more and feel as if I am the only one in the gym

Problems with the blue tooth connection - thought it was just me but the geek squad person couldn’t get it to connect. The sound is great if it would just work.
