Keeps falling out of ears

They need to keep the old fashioned silicone stabilizers or continue to offer earphones with options to choose the silicone stabilizers. Whether im exercising or staying still, they fall out once youre ears become sweaty or just wet. Sound quality is NOT the problem. The issue is finding a way for the earbuds to stay in the ear

Bose Quiet comfort ultra.

They did not work properly. Connections were an issue. Sometimes it would just disconnect from my phone altogether. The sound quality was good. However, they need to fix their connectivity issues.

DON'T BUY IT

I reached out to Bose's customer service. Guess what, they ask me to pay more for an upgrade. If you have to buy these, don't buy from BestBuy, cause you can return them in 90 days only if you buy from Bose.com. Otherwise good luck. I will never ever buy anything from Bose again. Shame on them.

Beware: big issues and no proper support

I was looking to replace old earbuds and did my research and was so excited about these. The fit was a bit awkward but I made it work. But then the right earbud stopped connecting and stopped charging. I looked online and apparently this is a very common issue. The only solution support was able to give was for me to ship them back first, and then they'll ship me new ones... but the kicker is that the turnaround time is 3-4 weeks. I use headphones for work and travel a lot and need these to be able to do my job. The worst service and quite frankly. the worst headphones I've used in a long time. Just beware of how inflexible their help is.

With a product exchange, it's true that the old pair needs to come in to us before the new pair can be shipped out. As for the connection and charging issues with the right earbud, neither of these issues should occur, but if they do then there are various things you can try. Resetting the earbuds themselves, and also rebooting your connected device, can help stabilise the connection. Also try a different charging plug and cable, in case the one you've been using is defective or supplying insufficient charge. The worst in phone calls

Not built to last

They are not built to last, I am not buying these again.

Replacing after 9 months of moderate use

After 9 months of moderate use, the button to toggle between modes (quiet, aware, etc.) is unresponsive 90% of the time. Also, the case stopped charging. I have used these on a few occasions for video/phone calls, and am told the background noise is minimal but the sound quality is terrible. For what I paid, these should really perform better. Two stars ONLY because Bose has great customer support and are replacing these because I am still within the 1-year manufacturer's warranty.

Disappointed in Bose

If you have any background noise its hard to hear even at 100%. The phone calls even worse. The person on the other end had a hard time hearing me due to the background noise. due to my job i need to hear and be herd when on the phone so i had to return them.
