Not worth the frustration!

To start with they do not seem to have improved on the quality performance issues that I had with as my previous Bose QC ANC earbuds. There was constantly a super frustrating problem with either one ear or the other not connecting, the ANC was by no stretch of the imagination as good as the SONY WF-1000xm5 which I tried before these and the sharpness of the sound was certainly not as good as my previous pair of Jabra Elite 8. Also, the ambient setting feature constantly switched between modes when my hair brushed against one of the ear buds, which was annoying. Needless to say, I would not recommend these.

Great upgrade

Have had two sets as I had to get a replacement for a speaker messing up. Both sets the left ear falls out consistently. Only left. Overall decent.

Didn't last long

Posted .I'm glad you like the sound of your QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds, John! If one earbud is no longer charging or turning on, there are few things we can try. First, resync the earbud connection by putting both buds in the charging case (with the lid kept open), then close the lid. When the status light stops flashing, open the lid, remove just the right earbud, and place it into your right ear. You should hear the welcome tone, and then you can place the left earbud in your ear, where you should also hear the welcome tone.
