Great sound! I love these. The noise cancelling is great and does a very good job. The bass response is strong. The sound quality is so good!!

I bought these for my boyfriend he's a man few words but he had a lot of great things to say about these about how they connect easily how there's no noise in the background and how great they sound so I'm pleased if he's pleased

Absolutely amazing sound. Mediocre ear attachment. Can't disable physical shortcuts. Easy and reliable pairing.

When these work, they sound great. However, they have a lot of issues: - The sound fades in from silence. Any brief pause in audio will be followed by an inability to hear. If you're on a phone call with a pause, you'll miss the first 1-2 seconds of what someone says. If you're listening to a video with a pause, you'll miss the 1-2 seconds of audio on resumption. And music will feel oddly muted many times throughout the song. - The connection is poor. Pull it out of the case, the left one doesn't work. Put them back in, wait 3 second for the blinking lights to stop, try again and now it's the right one. You may have to try 5+ times to get them working every time you start listening to something. It's a real shame because these are pretty great at times. But these problems are a daily nuisance to a very expensive product.

Got these for my father’s birthday, he ended up loving them. They sound great plus the noise cancellation is amazing.

I've had several iterations of these and over ear Bose and these are terribly disappointing. Connection in the right ear bud frequently takes several attempts for success. When they finally connect, the sound quality is fantastic. But trying to get them out of the case (poor physical design) and then connection issues result in a rough experience.

I forget these are in at times, and the noise cancelling and instrument seperation, they sound so good, but oh my god these are some of the buggiest pieces of tech i have ever owned. The amount of times i have had to repair these is absurd for the price, but my oh my do they sound phenomenal. So good that i cannot return them.

Bought these as a gift for someone that talks on the phone a lot with a previous generation of in-ear Bose headphones. Within the first few calls I had been told to return the headphones and buy a new pair of the same old generation Bose headphones. The sound quality is extremely conparable to the overhead headphones counterpart in being premium and tailores to a less bass heavy ear though.

They work great and do cut the noise at work! And I work in a Machine shop so that is saying a lot!

Ok. The purchase was made for a raffle prize for my yearly golf outing, but I received a pair for Father's Day and they are the best I have ever had. Cancel out everything!

Good sound still learning how to use the features. Wish it had a feature to find them when lost (like apples AirPods)

These have the very best sound you will ever enjoy. However they do not withstand going through the washer. Be carful. They will not work ever again.
