    Did not stay in ear very well

    I bought these because I couldn’t connect any other earbuds to my phone anymore. They had great sound but they didn’t stay in my ears very well. I tried all the sizes but no luck so I ended up returning them.

Don't forget that there are also special sizes - XS and XL - available from Bose separately, if none of the supplied sizes (S, M, L) fit you. I hope this information is useful!     It's a Bose, it's perfect. Hopefully, this in ear headphones last forever, just like my other Bose products.

    I love the Bose QuiteComfort Ultra Earbuds!! The sound is second to none and the noise cancellation in my opinion is much better than the apple in ear product. The best yet!

    Great sound for user, but bad for phone calls

    Sound quality for the user is GREAT! Unfortunately on phone calls, the people on the other end can hear EVERYTHING that is making noise around you. I have spoken with BOSE and their "fix" was to go to a less noisy environement, upgrade me to Over-Ear headphones, or wait for an update with an unknown release date. I never had this issue with Air Pods Pros.

As for the mic response, another thing you can try is making sure that the earbuds are angled correctly.     Second to none in the n/c department. Really good bass & vocals, voice calls are just average. Connection with the app can be finicky, & please add multi point connectivity with an update.

    I have owned airpods and used them religiously, tried these and was amazed by the clarity, and the noise reduction. I went on a cruise and misplaced them. So ehoever has them enjoy them these are a 10 out of 10

    High quality with noise canceling. I love using these on airplane and will oftentimes put them in so i don't have to listen to other people. Volume is loud enough and with noise canceling you block out everything. A+ job

    These have the very best sound you will ever enjoy. However they do not withstand going through the washer. Be carful. They will not work ever again.

      Hi Nancy,

      I am glad to hear that you love the great sound of your QuietComfort Ultra earbuds, but sorry you put them in your washer. These earbuds are not waterproof, they can withstand water splashes but can't be submerged under water.

    Te quality for phone calls is not good but the audio is great. Sometimes one earbud dont sincronize

    Loved the Bose sound quality! So was easy, but the right earbud would not stay in even after changing the silicon tips. The "Immersive" mode was impressive quiet. I wanted them to work but it kept slipping out.
