    These are amazing . Noise cancels perfectly. Rest of the world disappears when you have these on

    These have amazing noise cancelling, as well as very good quality sound. That’s where the praise ends. They suffer from connectivity problems, and after just two weeks mine have stopped working. Had hopes some of the issues from the previous version would have been addressed but they haven’t. This will likely be my last Bose purchase. What an embarrassing product from a once respectable company.

      It's great that you're enjoying the amazing noise-cancelling and sound quality of the earbuds.
      The connection dropping out and then for the earbuds to stop working is unusual. Double check that the stability band of the earbuds is correctly seated, which our guide here https://bose.life/464ZWoC can help with.     These earbuds are the best I've ever had. Having said that, I'm not a fan of these reviews that everyone wants. It never use to be this way. I can still go to the grocery store and buy $300.00 of food and they never want my valuable opinion. If you have good people working for you then, you don't have to worry. This review is not intended for the public. I feel that im being forced to write it with a "minimum of 50 characters." I like Best Buy. I have purchased many items. If I'm being pressured into writing a review, I won't be shopping at Best Buy.

    I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband. He is very pleased with the sound quality and overall appearance, including the charging case. Easy to pair with with phone.

    I recently purchased the Quiet Comfort Bose earbuds to replace an early generation Airpod. These are so much better; in ear comfort and sound. Excellent for exercising.

    noise cancelling is great and the voice is also fine. just one thing not perfect, it can only connect to one device at a time, the headphone version can connect to multiple devices.

    Best earbuds I've ever purchased. The noise canceling truly feels as if there is no noise around you. The immersion mode gives you that authentic theatrical feeling!

    Excellent sounds quality and noise canceling. My only issue is these are said to be great for phone calls but even in quiet places everyone complains to me that there's so much background noise they can't even hear me.

    I do love the audio quality and sound modes between transparency and the noise cancelation modes. Base among other things are above Apple. However, you’ll drive yourself insane with the amount of connectivity issues. These things are the Russian roulette of connectivity. Need it to connect when a call comes in? 2/10 Need to connect for music? 4/10 Need both of them to connect? 3/10 Navigating easily between your laptop and phone? 0/10 I have had multiple instances where I have had to re-pair my device to get it to work. Sometimes I just give up and grab my Apple ones. If I could return it I wouldn’t think twice about it.

      I'm happy to hear you've been enjoying the audio quality and different noise-cancelling modes of your QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds, Jonathan! If Bluetooth connection issues are occurring, then re-pairing the earbuds as you described is one thing to try. So too is re-syncing the buds and charging case, and rebooting your mobile device.

      As for navigating between connected devices, you can disconnect from your current mobile device by placing the earbuds in the charging case, or using the Bose app or your device's Bluetooth settings. Then, to connect to a different device, just use that device's Bluetooth settings. I hope this is useful!

    I wanted to like these headphones so badly! They sound amazing and their noise cancelling is definitely better than the airpods pro. However, three things ruined the experience for me, and I just returned them to my local BB store: 1 - no multipoint, which make them a pain to use with more than one device 2 - unstable connection, very often I would notice the headphones go out of sync for a split second, and then sync up again right away. it's very glitchy and distracting 3 - worst issue I had with my pair were the controls, as soon as the cold weather hit this week, the touch controls failed a lot. The headphones started automatically switching themselves between anc and aware modes, to the point where they were unusable. I then decided to turn off the shortcuts in the app, to then see that the same issue of the touch controls started happening with the play/pause function. I cannot emphasize enough that this is a huge deal breaker for cold climates. I'm hoping that in the future Bose will get its act together and put out a competent pair of TW earbuds, as I love the brand and their sound quality. For now I'll just go back to my ok sounding airpods.

      The earbuds have Bluetooth 5.3 and connection range of upto 30 feet, so it is unusual to hear about an unstable connection. You can find guidance here to ensure a perfect connection bose.life/46mOBQg
      These can be used with different devices by disconnecting the first device and then these can re-connect to another previously pair device as they can remember upto 8 paired devices.
