    This was an upgrade from my older quiet comfort. You can now have either bud in by itself and still answer calls. Also the emersive setting gives true surround effects

    Headphones were great lost in the airport in las vegas how to replace. Went to Vegas, Best Buy and got a new pair. . $308 later. They're working great it's like the ones I lost

    Best ear buds I've ever had. The noise canceling works great for. I shoot a lot of guns and use them foe ear plugs when i do and they do a great jod.

    Good sounding earbuds. Nice app, but wish I could set the bass, treble, etc. Noise canceling is terrific. Well worth purchasing.

    Bluetooth with the Garmin watch not so good. Other earbuds work just fine.

    Ive always thought of Bose to be the best and Best Buy to be the top of the line to shop at for my bose electronics These ear buds are the best sounding I've ever had.

    These a great in every way except when talking on the phone with people on the phone. Anyone you talk to will constantly complain about back ground noise. They are horrible.

    Tried four different earbuds. these are the most comfortable and secure. Pairing is questionable at times but for comfort and sounds they’re worth it

    Bought these after having the Bose QuietComfort II expecting an upgrade. While the sound quality is better than the predecessor, its physical quality is subpar and did not even last me three months. I use my earphones mostly to workout or for travel and take care of them, however just a month into owning them I changed the earphone cushion as instructed on the manual and the piece that keeps it in place had fallen off. Additionally, it has major issues when connecting to an iphone and will frequently disconnect for no reason or have issues finding your phone.
