Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They have really great sound but when you try to run in them, they bounce and make this noise so I would recommend if you're planning to use them on a plane or somewhere where you're not being active but if you're looking for replacement for your workout headphones these are not it

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The sound and noise cancellation is great but 2 big problems I've had with them, the touch controls are so sensitive and the earphones don't stay in place inside the case to charge. I took these on a 5hr flight and it was so annoying, I had a neck pillow on and the touch panels kept being triggered. I couldn't really enjoy the music. The app was not connecting without wifi so I couldn't even go in the app to change the touch panels. It's a shame I really wanted to love these but needed more quality control prior to being released and it's unacceptable from a company like Bose. Maybe they can patch it with an update in the future for the app and the touch panels but the earphones staying in the case correctly or might need to be recalled or serviced.

Posted .Hello, I am glad to hear that you are enjoying the sound quality and noise cancellation features on the QC ultra earbuds. For issues with the earbuds staying in place, I recommend that you try changing the stability bands and ear tips to find the best fit for you: bose.life/464ZWoC. If the earbuds aren't sitting correctly, be sure that the stability band is securely fitted to the earbud, if the stability band isn't flush to the earbud, it could cause the earbud to sit incorrectly in the charging case, preventing it from charging.

However, I had several connectivity issues using Apple devices. Audio would flutter between each earbud every time I connected but the fit was pristine. Overall experience was great except the connection
