    Everything about this product is great except that the longevity is short...after a few months they tend to have something go wrong with them. Whether 1 ear stop working, or static sound arises, and also where the ear-bud slips out your ear, you have to be very careful with them not slipping out...

    Bose never fails to live up to expectations… These are great, not as easy as the QC for tap control and answering calls. But still quite nice

    its not working for me. It has static at times. It is not a smooth switch as the later blue tooth technologies promise. And the worst part is that the ACN is completely not working for me. I am taking them back this weekend.

    They are good for music, but the volume call, sucks. The volume call is like a 30 percent volume.

    I liked them, but the max volume level was too low. No NFC charging became an inconvenience. I had to return them.

      I'm sorry to hear you returned your QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds! As long as your connected Bluetooth device is turned up loud enough, the earbuds should supply plenty of volume. We would advise general caution when using any electronic product (Bose or non-Bose) at maximum volume, as this could cause damage to the listener's hearing over time.     I wear hearing aids all the time. These Bose earbuds are great to watch TV or my iPad. This way I don’t disturb other members of the family.

    Does nit connect again to previously paired device. Meaning, only last paired device connects automatically, for other devices I need to re pair. Also constant static in left earbuds.

      I'm sorry to hear you've had issues connecting to a previously paired device. That certainly shouldn't be happening. Once stored in the case and removed again, the buds will always search for the most recently paired device first. You can also manage connections via the Bose Music app if you wish to switch to a different device.
