    The sound quality is great. However they fall out my ears I changed all the sizes and it still fell out

    Had decent noise cancellation but there was a static issue that could be heard despite only using the product a few time when listening to music

    Craftsmanship on the ones I bought was flawed. I had to reach out to bose to get them warrantied after having them a little over a month. Was told i had to mail them in myself, and wait three weeks to get refurbished headphones, after paying 300 bucks for these? No thanks. They can keep the money. I just will never buy anything bose branded ever again, if they're not going to stand by their products.

    The headphones are amazing honestly I tried to clean them with a keyboard duster and all I hear is static when there’s no music playing other that that I love them

    I have always had Apple Ear Buds . Had to send back to Apple for replacement, I pirchased a Sony returned to Best Buy and gladly changed for Bose . For my use the Bose was perfect easly pared and out the door to enjoy music while I used a Weed Eater. Easly to comtrol

    Sound quality is great, but regardless of how many combinations of tip and wing pieces I try, they constantly fall out.

    Hard to replace in charger case.

    It is very hard too replace the earbuds back into the charging case. Apple has magnets too guide you. These should too. For the cost throw in a couple of magnets.

    I tried and own ., And still have Bluetooth headphones but this Bose headphones are like they said in Mexico Numero Uno.!!??

    Too expensive for them failing so soon

    Great when they worked. Started getting a wind sound on one of the ear buds after 13 months of owning them ( one month after the warranty ended) Their headphones are quality but not these ear buds.

    Am loving these earbuds. Learning curve is a bit longer for me..my last ones had wires. Storage case is sturdy and small.

    I had 2 pair of the bose ultra within a month. The left earbud kept going out. Would make stuttering noises and you couldnt hear anything. Before it messed up the sound was awsome and they were the best fit of any earbuds I’ve owned. Maybe it was just mine but after the 2nd pair went out i didnt wanna give it another try.

    Before I state my final warning, and review, here's the good: These things are amazing. Sound could be louder, but theyre great! My first pair were duds that i had to return, make sure you uave your reciept! ------- Heres the BIG downside... there are MANY connectivity issues which are WELL known by the bose community, where youll have to repair the earbuds, take them out, place them in the case, "reformat" them, over and over, etc. *** This is NOT an issue with the earbuds, but Bose's lack of desire to fix their FUDGING BUGGY APP!!! *** ITS BEEN AN ISSUE FOR MANY MONTHS AND BOSE REFUSES TO FIX THEIR FUDGING APP!!!!!! FOR A 300 DOLLAR PREMIUM ITEM THIS IS ABSOLUTELY IRRESPONSIBLE AND SHIRTY OF THEM!!!!!!! But aside from that (but lets be real. Its a HUGE issue and entirely something that they can fix, but refuse to because Bose is absolute dogshirt. (Replace "fudging" and "shirt" with exactly what youre thinking) If they fix the app, i wholehartedly recommend the product. Otherwise. Nope. All because Bose is a horrible and scummy company thay refuses to fix their app, which is absolutely assinine for a premium product.
