    Great sound, but the battery died on one earbud after 10 months. Too expensive for this!

      I'm glad you like the sound of your QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds, John! If one earbud is no longer charging or turning on, there are few things we can try. First, resync the earbud connection by putting both buds in the charging case (with the lid kept open), then close the lid. When the status light stops flashing, open the lid, remove just the right earbud, and place it into your right ear. You should hear the welcome tone, and then you can place the left earbud in your ear, where you should also hear the welcome tone.     So disappointing the noise canceling is good but when talking on the phone it is the worse you can hardly hear the person you talking to and they say i sound terrible i have the bose soundsport that sounds great but of course they stop making that so now i have to leave bose and get something else

    I could not continue to use them since I was so used to apple being able to read my messages to me and kept falling out but I have a piercing in my ear that may have caused it to not stay. Either way they are awesome just not for me

    What I like the most on this earbuds is that, each earphone can connect individually and use them individually regardles you are not using the right earbud. A real plus.

    They're okay just wasn't for me... for calling the sound was crystal clear but it sound extremely low or like the person is far away... the sound quality is good but the battery life sucks... they are not very comfortable for me either

    Don buy this product, the right side earbud not touching the charger connectors, now I have one side ( left side) working only

    Love them . Only 1 little complaint. The touch to pause is to sensitive my shoulder while working out sometimes touches it and it pauses. Ill live haha
