    Had these for 2 months now and I regret buying these. I have constant connectivity issues every day but other than that sound quality is great

    These replaced my airpods pro because those would always fall out of my ear. The Bose stay in ear even when working on your back. Great product.

    These ear bud did nothing but disappoint me at every turn. To start with they do not seem to have improved on the quality performance issues that I had with as my previous Bose QC ANC earbuds. There was constantly a super frustrating problem with either one ear or the other not connecting, the ANC was by no stretch of the imagination as good as the SONY WF-1000xm5 which I tried before these and the sharpness of the sound was certainly not as good as my previous pair of Jabra Elite 8. Also, the ambient setting feature constantly switched between modes when my hair brushed against one of the ear buds, which was annoying. Needless to say, I would not recommend these.

    A bitter disappointment... Not comfortable

    First, the earbuds are not as comfortable as I had hoped for extended wear. After about an hour, I started to feel some discomfort, which is disappointing for a product marketed as "QuietComfort." I tried adjusting the fit with the included ear tips, but the problem persisted. Second, there’s an issue with call quality. While I could hear the other person clearly, the feedback I received was that I sounded too loud on their end, even in normal conversation.

      I'm sorry to hear that you didn't find your QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds comfortable, despite trying the different combinations of eartip and stability band. Bose sells two other sizes of eartip (XS, XL) and band (0, 4) that you're also welcome to try, in case that helps. If you're being told that you sound too loud on calls, I would recommend installing the latest firmware update via the Bose app. You could also try orienting the Bose logo on your earbuds slightly away from your mouth/chin, which could help.     The IIs were some of the best I’ve used and now they’re even better! one thing I will say is Bose needs to be faster with updates! they could’ve added wireless to this case I feel

    Not quite what I thought. While I can isolate the sound around me, they don’t isolate it from the person I’m talking to. They can literally hear everything going on around me. I did t enjoy these at all. I feel bad.

Please note that the earbuds aren't designed to block out the background noise that the person you're on the phone to can hear in your background.     The earbuds are great in terms of listening quality, comfort, etc. However, one of them just physically broke (in my ear when wearing it) after one year and 9 months. They are not built to last, I am not buying these again.

    One of the best earbuds around. I switched from AirPods and i won’t be going back any time soon! The hr software works flawlessly as well, which can be a deal breaker.

    I wanted to like them so much and I gave them all the chance in the world. But all I got is “what is that noise” constantly with nothing going on around me. I had to return them. But they are nice, sleek, well fitted, and comfortable

    Garbage, do not buy

    I had high hopes but the past two sets of earbuds I bought from Bose are trash, including these. At first I thought these were great and the noise canceling is good but within 2 weeks of gentle use there’s constant static in the right earbud. Also, while they seem to be a snug fit if you’re not too active, they tend to fall out if you’re chewing (gum, food, etc) so they’re definitely being returned ASAP.

      Any speaker or headphones designed with batteries and other active electronics may introduce a low-sounding hum or hiss when the power is turned on. This is commonly referred to as a “noise floor” and may or may not be heard by the user. This is normal operation for this type of audio equipment and should only be heard in quiet environments when the power is turned on and no other audio source is playing.

    These are good when they work. Bought a pair in October because Airpod Pros were unabailable. I went home and put them on a charger and connected them to my iphone 15. On the Bose app it said I had 24 percent charge so I let them charge over night. The next morning I checked the battery status and it now said I had 5%. So I returned them later that day. Her it is January 4th and the left earbud wont take a charge I tried to do a hard reset and its still not taking a charge. The sound quality was really good and the noise cancellation was awesome too. But unfortunately this is a product that seems to not work.

      Hello, I am glad to hear you enjoyed the noise cancellation and sound quality.
      If the earbuds are no longer charging, make sure all of the contacts are free from any debris, and make sure the earbuds are fully seated with the charge terminals.
      the light on the inside of the case will be Solid amber (5 seconds) letting you know they are charging.
