    Sound quality was very good. But the buds have a major problem. Out of sudden no sound while playing music or after a phone call the buds wont display a sound. I had to return the buds.

    Extremely disappointed and a complete wast of my money. Stay away. I had to purchase them because issue with buy other Bose QuietComfort (previous model) stop working properly. One just stopped charging all together. This version is difficult to control and is extremely sensitive. If the winds blow strong enough it activates it and stops. When I am at the gym and I am using a towel on my face and the towel gets in the general vicinity of my ear, it stops playing, changes the volume or changes the song. This happens EVERY single time but I can put my finger on it to try to do something and there is no reaction. I am fed up at this point and we will have to eat this loss and buy a different brand to avoid the continuous aggravation. I 1000% regret this purchase and because of my continuing issues will never buy Bose again.

      I'm very sorry to hear of your disappointment with your QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds! In normal conditions, any surrounding wind should not be strong enough to activate the earbuds' touch controls. If using e.g. a towel, however, I would advise general care, as the towel may indeed come into contact with the earbuds' surfaces and activate the touch controls. A useful overview of the earbuds' touch controls can be found in the product instruction manual - just to be sure you're operating them correctly by hand.     30 days old and they wont stay connected to my phone for 30 seconds.. bose wants me to find my own box and mail them the headphones and than wait up to 4 weeks for replacement.. will never buy bose again

    The headphones seem to cut in and out, one headphone comes in clear then the other cuts out.

    Connection issues are terrible. Sounds needs more EQ balance verity. Very sad for the price n name. No wireless charging. Way overpriced, Should be valued around $60.00 only.

      Hello James, I am sorry to hear the EQ isn't quite up to your expectations, but within the app you do have the option to adjust the levels yourself or pick from one of 4 presets available.

      Hi Troy, the QuierComfort Ultra earbuds have up to 6 hours when the Immersive Audio is off, or up to 4 hours when this mode is enabled. And the case with 100% charge will give you 18 hours of battery.

    Great for a while, but a lot… I mean A LOT of connection issues (iPhone) and randomly the sound goes low on one earbud and normal on the other. Call audio sucks, but other than that ok.

      Hi ErikaT, Im glad you enjoyed the QuietComfort Ultra earbuds.
      If you are having connection and syncing issues with the earbuds you can try this to resolve these by
      Placing both earbuds into the charging case while keeping the lid open. The earbud status light will illuminate when the earbuds are inserted into the case, close the lid on the case.
      When the status light on the front of the case stops flashing, open the lid, remove just the right earbud, and place it into your right ear and you should hear the welcome tone.
      Place the left earbud in your ear. You should hear the welcome tone and can continue using your product.

    Why the hell is there no option to turn of touch controls? In the app I turned off shotcuts but no matter what you do if you touch your headphone anywhere even to adjust the fit the headphone always pauses the song and alll short cuts are off like a simple feature like this is on Apple headphones that cost 150 don’t waste your money on this garbage

    I’m sure there’s better ones out there. These are so sensitive to touch makes them annoying. When I get a call other party has a difficult time hearing me. If I try to readjust them in my ears while on a call with someone it will hangs up. Over all it is just an expansive earbuds but unnecessary unfortunately.

    Not as good as my other Bose ear buds. They keep disconnecting. Sound quality not good at all. Thinking about returning to store for refund.
