Just a tad small for my ears

I tried all the insert sizes and did not help. Perhaps will work for other folks.

When making calls, external noises are deafening to those on the other end. Even things such as running water in the sink and birds chirping. I've found it pretty much useless for that and that is why I bought it. Wish I would have returned it. Also, I lost a small hard piece that holds one of the rubber parts right away somehow and now it always comes off in my ear.

If you have lost one part of the eartip kit (the eartip or the stability bands) then that could explain why you are not getting the best experience with your earbuds, as they won't be sitting firmly in your ear. Sound good - Settings hard to access

Functionality and settings are only available through phone app... there is no PC app, which limited features and functionality.
