    Great ! Only thing though is when you’re talking on the phone with the buds it picks up all audio in background

    The headphones seem to cut in and out, one headphone comes in clear then the other cuts out.

    Disappointed with Bose warranty policy

    I just contacted Bose regarding my headphones that stopped working after less than a year. To my surprise, they told me I would only receive a refurbished replacement instead of a brand-new one, and not even in the same color I purchased (I bought blue, but they said I’d get white). I still have my original pair with me, and I’m very disappointed with how Bose handles warranty for such an expensive product.

    Not as good as my other Bose ear buds. They keep disconnecting. Sound quality not good at all. Thinking about returning to store for refund.

    People on the other end hate the sound. Having to switch back over to my phone all the time. Not worth the money. On a positive note, sound is good

    Don buy this product, the right side earbud not touching the charger connectors, now I have one side ( left side) working only

    30 days old and they wont stay connected to my phone for 30 seconds.. bose wants me to find my own box and mail them the headphones and than wait up to 4 weeks for replacement.. will never buy bose again

    They do not sound good when I have a call, for music they are excellent and good noise cancellation.

    Why the hell is there no option to turn of touch controls? In the app I turned off shotcuts but no matter what you do if you touch your headphone anywhere even to adjust the fit the headphone always pauses the song and alll short cuts are off like a simple feature like this is on Apple headphones that cost 150 don’t waste your money on this garbage
