    Purchased today and returned after used. Sound quality very poor and not loud. Only have great noise cancelling. over all so cheap quality sound.

      Hello,

      Sorry to hear you weren't blown away by the sound quality of the QC Ultra Earbuds! The fact they didn't sound great and weren't loud suggests you probably didn't get the best fit possible from the buds. If you still had the buds, I'd recommend getting in touch if you had trouble finding a good fit - As when inserted correctly, you would have a much better all-round experience!

    This is my third pair of Bose wireless earbuds and the most expensive BUT these are by far the worst! They sound good when they work. But it's CONSTANTLY disconnecting and when it's connected it's CONSTANTLY dropping audio for a second or two. It's really frustrating and will be the last pair of Bose I buy. I wish I would've used them more during the return period because I would've returned them.

    I wanted these to take the place of my air buds but didn’t happen! Great for music, bad for everyday business calls to me!

    Bad noise cancelation

    If you gonna use them at the gym or walking on the park they perfect. but for my job as a landscaper they pick up the noise from the blower or mower really bad I won't recommend them at all. Go with some jbl for $60 they will do the same job.

It can occur that the earbuds won't block out 100% of very loud noises (e.g. a blower or mower); however, they should still reduce this noise considerably. I'd recommend making sure that you have the right eartip and stability band combination, as a secure fit is crucial to good noise canceling.     Charging malfunctions on the best earbuds around.

    I have used Bose quiet comfort headsets since their first iteration, and I was wildly disappointed to be met with rampant charging malfunctions, which avail the headsets to me about 30% of the time. The headsets are supposed to charge in their charging case, but fail to do so a vast majority of the time. Other times they will charge, but then lose charge as rapidly as if I were using them. I cannot imagine this is intended functionality, but it is an astonishing oversight regardless.

    Definitely not worth the price overall they just seemed okay. For 260 they shouldnt be just okay they should sound great .
