    Bought these for making Zoom calls on work computer. Functionality and settings are only available through phone app... there is no PC app, which limited features and functionality.

    Decent but frequent connectivity issues with iPhone. Bluetooth should be a solved problem in 2024 and at this price point.

    Didn’t work for me, I was getting this product looking for sound quality and efficiency, but didn’t work for me. Not worth the price and what the are promoting

    These kept falling out my ear regardless of which bud cushion was used. The app would not find these so i could not get the best listening experience. I did not like this product at all.

    Extremely disappointed and a complete wast of my money. Stay away. I had to purchase them because issue with buy other Bose QuietComfort (previous model) stop working properly. One just stopped charging all together. This version is difficult to control and is extremely sensitive. If the winds blow strong enough it activates it and stops. When I am at the gym and I am using a towel on my face and the towel gets in the general vicinity of my ear, it stops playing, changes the volume or changes the song. This happens EVERY single time but I can put my finger on it to try to do something and there is no reaction. I am fed up at this point and we will have to eat this loss and buy a different brand to avoid the continuous aggravation. I 1000% regret this purchase and because of my continuing issues will never buy Bose again.

      I'm very sorry to hear of your disappointment with your QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds! In normal conditions, any surrounding wind should not be strong enough to activate the earbuds' touch controls. If using e.g. a towel, however, I would advise general care, as the towel may indeed come into contact with the earbuds' surfaces and activate the touch controls. A useful overview of the earbuds' touch controls can be found in the product instruction manual - just to be sure you're operating them correctly by hand.     Extremely disappointed with these. When making calls, external noises are deafening to those on the other end. Even things such as running water in the sink and birds chirping. I've found it pretty much useless for that and that is why I bought it. Wish I would have returned it. Also, I lost a small hard piece that holds one of the rubber parts right away somehow and now it always comes off in my ear.

    Sound quality was very good. But the buds have a major problem. Out of sudden no sound while playing music or after a phone call the buds wont display a sound. I had to return the buds.
