Great earbuds for audiophiles and Bose fans.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sounds better than Airpods pro 2, they are more bass forward, has a better eq for customizing for your preference, noise cancellation is also amazing. They could improve connectivity as they some time don't connect in one go. The case is decent size as well but the build quality for the lid of the case could have been better. Excellent battery life.

AWESOME!!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall my new favorite pair of earbuds. Audio quality and noise cancelation is the best I have experienced. Plus the stability and fit allow for all day wear and comfort. The Bose Music App also allows for individual customization which is a big win!!!!

Perfect Noise Canceling Earbuds
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the amount of things you can do from the headphones themselves!! Turn volume up/down, toggle between quiet/aware/immersion, skip song, answer calls etc etc etc!! The noise canceling is amazing and they don’t need to be charged often either. Would definitely repurchase and they’re better than AirPods!

Bose does it again
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have owned a lot of different ear buds over the years. I'm old enough to remember when Bluetooth wasn't a thing and mono was the only way we heard music. I don't think I'll ever buy ear buds from another manufacturer again. These things are sublime. Truly a wonderful listening experience. Not only do they sound fantastic, but they stay in your ears very well and they're comfortable to wear all day. For those folks bemoaning the price, I say you get what you pay for. Sometimes the truth hurts.

Best on the market
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Definitely the best earbuds I’ve ever owned. Sound quality is amazing. The fit is amazing, regular apple ones don’t stay in my ear, but these ones don’t budge. I’ve had some connectivity issues here and there, but I’ll deal with it considering everything else is so much superior to anything else that’s out there.

Great sound when it works..
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great sound quality, glitchy software. This sounds great when it works, excellent noise cancellation and I love the new immersion mode. Very stylish looking with good battery life although th case feels a bit flimsy. My biggest issue is the software, it keeps loosing the connection in the middle of whatever im doing and i have to disc & reconnect the Bluetooth. Happens at least 1-2 per day. Yes all my software is up to date and yes the device is next to me. I also had an older version of these and same thing. I haven't had this issue with other wireless earbuds.

Posted .Hello Andres! I'm happy to hear you've been enjoying the sound and noise cancellation of your QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds, along with one or two new features such as Immersion mode.
If you're experiencing Bluetooth connection dropouts, and if a firmware update does not resolve these, then this wouldn't seem to be a software issue. Try rebooting your mobile device, and test your earbuds with a second device too, to compare performance. If issues persist, our support team will be happy to assist you further: https://support.bose.com/s/get-help-landing-page?language=en_US.

Excellent headphones
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent pair of headphones. Did have to return for a new pair after a few months which is why I rated a 4, but hopefully that was an isolated incident. They stay in during rigourous workouts and runs with no issues. Noise cancelling is extremely well in a loud gym, can't hear anything but my music!

Best earbuds for PC users and next level ANC
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The sound quality for Bose is legendary, but the Active Noise Cancellation on Bose is superior to anything on the market. I love that these paid perfectly with any pc, tablet, iPad and Android phones. With iPhones (which I have) you definitely have to be prepared to spend a couple minutes throughout the first week playing with settings and learning to tweak it just right for your own needs and use. Doesn't have a great lost feature like the iPhone pro's but if you listen to a lot of music, videos, the battery life is significantly better than the Apple. For regular phone calls it's going to depend on if you are someone with the buds always in or if you take them out and put them in the case. Personally I am the latter and feel like I charge my Bose case once every 4 days and never have the buds die during a 8-10 hour work day even if they are in all day. With Apple, I can push toward a 10-12 hour day sometimes but I find the case is dead every other day. Both are great options, but if you're someone who is in super noisy environments when talking on the phone, I will caution you, Apple naturally adjusts, Bose you have to play with the settings the first call or two. If this isn't an issue with you, I recommend these to anyone who wants seamless connectivity with the most devices, especially pc laptops. They are amazing on Zoom calls in coffee shops, airports, busy offices etc. Also very durable.

Great battery life
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like that they are more comfortable to wear and the battery lasts longer in between charging. I liked previous charging case better which allowed charging in the case instead of having to plug the case in to charge. Overall a great product and noise cancellation is great.

Erratic behavior and unstable connectivity
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Let me start by saying that I really wanted to love the Bose Earbuds. The promise of premium sound quality and a comfortable fit drew me in, but unfortunately, my experience with them has been marred by some significant issues. The most frustrating issue I've encountered is the erratic behavior of the earbuds. Every ten minutes or so, without warning, the sound mode seems to switch from quiet to aware, and then back again in a fraction of a second. This might not sound like a big deal, but let me tell you, it's incredibly disruptive. It momentarily blocks ambient sounds, then returns to normal, causing a jarring effect that throws off the balance in my ears. It's like being on a rollercoaster ride every time I'm trying to enjoy my music or a podcast. What's even more frustrating is that this isn't an isolated incident. This is my second pair of Bose Earbuds, both of which have experienced the same issue. And it's not a problem specific to one device either—I've tried using them with two different phones, an iPad, and a Dell laptop, and the issue persists across all of them. It's incredibly disappointing to spend a significant amount of money on a product only to encounter the same problem repeatedly. Another major issue I've encountered is with call functionality. Here's the kicker: after the call ends, the earbuds decide it's time to disconnect and reconnect, causing an unnecessary interruption. This disruptive behavior means that every time I finish a call, I have to endure the unpleasant experience of the earbuds disconnecting and then reconnecting, disrupting any subsequent activity. Additionally, there are occasions when they disconnect randomly for no apparent reason, requiring me to put them back in the case to regain connection. This inconsistency is simply unacceptable, particularly for a product in this price range Now, don't get me wrong—the fit of the Bose Earbuds is perfect, and when they're working properly, the sound quality is impressive. But these glitches and defects have made me regret making such an expensive purchase. It's a shame because I had high hopes for these earbuds, but unfortunately, they've fallen far short of my expectations. In conclusion, while the Bose Earbuds have the potential to deliver a top-notch audio experience, the recurring issues I've encountered have left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. Unless Bose addresses these issues in future iterations, I can't in good conscience recommend these earbuds to others. Buyer beware.

Posted .Hello Nelson, thank you for sharing your experiences of using the QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds.
While I'm happy to hear that you've been enjoying the sound quality and fit of your earbuds, I am surprised to hear they've been switching from Quiet to Aware mode on their own. This shouldn't happen; could it be that e.g. some headgear that you're wearing is involuntarily causing this to happen?
As for the connection issues, we'd like to take a closer look at these with you as well. The best thing to do would be to contact your local support team, who will be happy to investigate and see what troubleshooting can be tried in order to remedy the above issues. The team can be contacted via the following options:
https://support.bose.com/s/get-help-landing-page?language=en_US
Thanks for trying some steps already - you are right that it makes sense to try different devices (to make sure that isn't the problem) and to put the earbuds back in the charging case if the connection is temporarily interrupted.
Warm regards

Awesome but could needs some work
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've always wondered what Bose earbuds were like. Now I know. The sound is so clear! The mids/highs are not as up front as the Sony in quiet mode. However, once I enabled the immersion mode, I was amazed. These have rich Bass and I like that the volume is set higher than others. About 1/4 volume level is roughly equivalent to 1/2 volume level on the Sony XM5 and Jabra Elite 10 in my experience. Noise cancelation is scary. On a few occasions it seemed like I had people magically appear behind me. I didn't even hear them coming. IMO they are right there with the Air Pods. My biggest gripe is connection issues. On occation I've had one or both earbuds not connect when taking them out of the case. I just put them back for a few seconds and take them out again and all is good. The big one though is connecting with the app. I don't know if it's the buds or the app but it really sucks!!! Connecting or not connecting is literally 50/50. Hopefully Bose can fix this with firmware update or at least put out a more refined product for the next version.

Best Decision of 2025 So Far
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I absolutely love Bose and they did not miss with these earbuds. I didn’t give them 5 stars because the transition of connectivity from my iPhone to the earbuds are not as seamless as my old AirPod Pros were. However, the sound quality is far superior to any earphones that I’ve ever had. It truly sounds like I’m in a movie theater while listening to my music or books. Thank you Bose for continuously meeting and exceeding my expectations.

Noise cancelling is top notch
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I upgraded from my old over-ear BOSE and BEATS headphones to these in-ear earbuds, and I’m really impressed. The noise-canceling feature is outstanding. I can mow my lawn on my tractor—a notoriously loud environment—and still enjoy music or a podcast with almost no interference from the mower’s noise. Plus, earbuds have a distinct advantage over over-ear headphones: they don’t flatten your hair. While it might not matter at home, if you’re on a plane and heading straight to a business meeting, you won’t have to worry about that telltale headband arc. Definitely something to consider! Furthermore, the battery life is great. I don't find myself having to constantly charge these things and if I do its rather quickly bc of the usb-c.

Bose is best
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Imagine slipping your Bose earbuds in, and instantly, the world around you fades. The noise of the city, the chatter of the office, just…gone. It's not just about blocking sound, it's about creating your own space. A space where the music is crystal clear, the bass is rich, and every note feels like it's meant just for you. That's the Bose experience. Whether you're commuting, working out, or just relaxing at home, these earbuds deliver. They're comfortable, reliable, and honestly, they just sound amazing. It's a simple pleasure, but one that makes a real difference in your day. Just pure, immersive sound. That's what Bose does best.

Best headphones I’ve had in a while!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent product. I originally went into Best Buy for a new pair of AirPods since mine stopped working. Decided to go with the Bose since I’ve had a pair of them before and the price was the same! After using these headphones for a couple weeks I have 0 regrets, they stay in my ears no matter what task I’m doing, the sound quality is top notch and the noise cancellation is the best for the size and price point! Highly recommend these to anyone !
