Pros 1) the sound quality is absolutely fantastic, and the app really gives you the ability to customize how they sound. 2) they seem to be rather durable and the build quality is good. 3) the call options are really sound. Over all the pros outweigh the only cons. Cons 1) they are extremely uncomfortable no matter what size i change the rubber pieces thag came with them too. Maybe its just my ears, but if i wear them for more than 20 minutes i get a wicked ear ache. Its not a volume issue, its the over all fit. Are the worth the premium price? Id say yes. 4 stars for a quality product. Minus 1 star for the way they fit.

Noise canceling is fantastic and blocks everything. The battery lasts for the whole week. I listen to music and talk on the phone, and they work great.

I bought these after another set of Bose QC20’s started to break. Since they’re not offered anymore, I had to go with these. Great sound and I like the holder that stores a couple of charges. The battery life of the earbuds isn’t the greatest, but you have to take the good with the bad. Would not recommend for using while driving or in busy areas like airports, as they do pick up lots of ambient noise around you. The adjustable noice cancellation is another great feature I enjoy, so that way you’re not totally immersed with your audio and cannot hear what’s going on around you.

Great entertainment listening but calls are horrib

I cant just wear one while talking one the phone. I tried adjusting everything. I had to wear both buds to hear who i call. But for $300 youd think theyd be good all around. I wouldn't pay more than 150$. Oh, and they are comfortable and stay in very well with different rubbers to fit. I get sweaty at work all day and i never felt like they were going to fall out. With all this said, calls are very important. When im not working at home or at work i like to only wear one bud.

You can use the buds singularly during calls so if you do experience problems, I'd recommend unpairing, then establish a new connection.

Sounds great, while they worked

The wing tips held them in place no matter my head position. But after 3 days of use at work the Bluetooth would cut out, speakers would sound as if they're was interference, the noise canceling would pop on extremely loud in one ear, the Bose app wouldn't recognize the buds, only worked for calls, media would cut out, the buds refused to pair. Resetting everything allowed it to work for an hour before reverting to how they were before. If they worked how they are suppose to it'd be a 4/5. Getting the buds out of the case is awkward, and the touch sensors are finicky often changing the volume instead of playing or pausing.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound amazing, I work construction and couldn’t hear anything, but the music and my pod cast , only returned cause price is a little steep and well there’s so much going on with the noice canceling that they only lasted 4 or 5 hours top compared to my jbls 8 hour battery life

Its amazing how much noise they are able to block out. I'm still learning to use them, but the most important feature for me was the noise limiting. I get migraines, so when I have one or feel one coming on, they help me by canceling out the noise.

The sound quality, connectivity, battery life, and app is user friendly. Touch controls work flawlessly. I own many sets of earbuds and the Bise are definitely my first go to.

I was not too careful while using it, but it stopped working in 2 months. I use beats earpods the same way and it's going strong for more than a year now.
