Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The sound quality is noticeably better in my opinion compared to the Apple Pro’s, and BEATS but I couldnt get them to stay in my ear; even when sitting still. While changing the variations of accessories to see if a specific combination of provided ear pieces would suffice, one of them ended up ripping which ultimately led to my decision to return them. Maybe if someone creates an after market product to help them stay in my ear like the foam ear pieces you can get on Amazon for the apple ones.

I'm sorry to hear that you've decided to return the earbuds. Alternate sizing kits are available from the Bose website, and it's always a good idea to check you've run the Earbud Seal test within the Bose Music app as well.

Did not stay in ear very well

They had great sound but they didn’t stay in my ears very well. I tried all the sizes but no luck so I ended up returning them.

The only issue is occasionally the left ear bud produces a high pitching sound

If you're having trouble on calls, make sure the earbuds' logo is angled down towards your mouth/chin for optimal mic pickup. Posted .Hello, thanks for leaving your review of the QC Ultra Earbuds. Poor voice pickup is generally attributed with the way they are placed in the ears. There are tiny holes on the buds which work best when directed towards your mouth and if they're too high, it'll direct ambient sound into the mics. I recommend readjusting the placement so they are directed more towards your mouth and try another call to see if that helps.

The sound quality is fantastic and when you put them into the noise cancellation mode you can not hear anything but your music.
