They had great sound but they didn’t stay in my ears very well. I tried all the sizes but no luck so I ended up returning them.

However, they have a lot of issues: - The sound fades in from silence. Any brief pause in audio will be followed by an inability to hear. If you're on a phone call with a pause, you'll miss the first 1-2 seconds of what someone says. If you're listening to a video with a pause, you'll miss the 1-2 seconds of audio on resumption. And music will feel oddly muted many times throughout the song. - The connection is poor. Pull it out of the case, the left one doesn't work. Put them back in, wait 3 second for the blinking lights to stop, try again and now it's the right one. You may have to try 5+ times to get them working every time you start listening to something. It's a real shame because these are pretty great at times. But these problems are a daily nuisance to a very expensive product.

The sound fading in from silence doesn't seem normal, and could be down to the app or mobile device that you're using. I would recommend trying a different app or mobile device, and testing for the same behavior. Within the first few calls I had been told to return the headphones and buy a new pair of the same old generation Bose headphones. The sound quality is extremely conparable to the overhead headphones counterpart in being premium and tailores to a less bass heavy ear though.

Incredible and buggy

The amount of times i have had to repair these is absurd for the price, but my oh my do they sound phenomenal. So good that i cannot return them.

Great sound when you can get a connection

Connection in the right ear bud frequently takes several attempts for success. When they finally connect, the sound quality is fantastic. But trying to get them out of the case (poor physical design) and then connection issues result in a rough experience.
