Posted .Hello, it's great to hear you were impressed by the sound quality of the QC Ultra Earbuds! With regard to them falling out, I'd suggest trying a different combination of the tips and stability bands. It sounds like you've not found the perfect match yet. Remember, not all ears are symmetrical, so you may need a certain size on the left and a smaller/larger size on the right. Give this a go and you should be able to enjoy a jog without the worry of them leaving your ears!

If you're having trouble on calls, make sure the earbuds' logo is angled down towards your mouth/chin for optimal mic pickup. I have tried many other brands and these are very good in sound especially when you can adjust the equalizer to your personal preferences and they really block out almost all ambient noises.
