Bose what happened to you?

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wish I could still return, Problems from the moment I got them constanly disconnect from Phone and PC, then I need to reset inside case to get it to conect again. After working with Bose support I was told to ship them back then when recieved we will send out another in 3 weeks. Total turn around 4 weeks. at $249.00 this is completely unnacceptable. This will be the last Bose I ever purchase. Sad Bose use to mean top of the line product with best features and great customer service. Not any more.
