It is not a smooth switch as the later blue tooth technologies promise. And the worst part is that the ACN is completely not working for me. I am taking them back this weekend.

If you want to make phone calls this will make it difficult to do so. They randomly disconnect too. Not compatible at least not with iPhone.

Whether 1 ear stop working, or static sound arises, and also where the ear-bud slips out your ear, you have to be very careful with them not slipping out...

Not very user friendly and fall out a lot

The fit is different. I’ve tried every combination of tip and wing and they don’t stay in very well. Additionally, the user interface with my iPhone isn’t intuitive. If I take them out to have a short conversation with someone I have to jump through hoops to get them to turn on again. The tap to play doesn’t work about 80% of the time. I feel like I have to keep my phone close for controls. I thought things would get better once I figured out the controls but it’s been over a month now.
