Static with power tools

I'd recommend double checking app permissions are correct, along with our other steps available (https://bose.life/3XVCuZH) that can help. Please also be aware that some sharp noises can briefly overwhelm the noise-cancelling and the earbuds are not rated as ear protection.

Amazing sound but….

The sound was amazing but obviously the quality didn’t live up to my expectations of Bose products.

Started getting a wind sound on one of the ear buds after 13 months of owning them ( one month after the warranty ended) Their headphones are quality but not these ear buds.

If this wind sound is constant its possible you arent getting a perfect seal on the ear tips and stability bands here is a quick guide for replacing these https://bose.life/3Y3I2Rc.
