      I'm sorry to hear you returned your QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds! As long as your connected Bluetooth device is turned up loud enough, the earbuds should supply plenty of volume. We would advise general caution when using any electronic product (Bose or non-Bose) at maximum volume, as this could cause damage to the listener's hearing over time.
