I love these. The noise cancelling is amazing. Rivals that of my over the ear BOSE 700 which I also love. I have Apply Pro 2 ear buds and I thought they were really good until I got these BOSE. These are far better at ANC than the Apple Pro 2.

      Hi.
Thank you for posting. Any speaker or headphones designed with batteries and other active electronics may introduce a low-sounding hum or hiss when the power is turned on. This is commonly referred to as a “noise floor” and may or may not be heard by the user. This is normal operation for this type of audio equipment and should only be heard in quiet environments when the power is turned on and no other audio source is playing. If you have more questions, please reach out to us here, https://bose.life/3BgUIIU. We would love to help.

Great noise cancelation, these are the ones you need to go run or do excercise, super stable in your ear, featuring I like the most is the different modes, my favorites are quiet and immersion but is also an awake mode.

I love the way these dont go deap into your ear canal. The app experience has been poor, however. The noise canceling is very strong and i experience ear canal pain after extended use if i leave the noise canceling on to high. Audio quality is good but it doesnt support some of the high end codecs. For the money there are better options from Sony.

Thanks for your review of the QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds - I'm glad you like their fit and audio quality most of the time. It can take a little while to get used to using the noise cancelling for longer periods; however, you can create up to two of your own custom noise cancelling modes, if this is preferable. For further support with this - and with the Bose app - please contact our support team. Regards, Fiona M. - Bose Customer Support bose

Best noise cancellation in ear buds. Had Apple AirPod Pro and unfortunately I think I over paid for them. I travel a lot and I can honestly tell you that I cannot hear the airplane noise when using my Bose.

These little buds have amazing sound. Takes a little work to get the proper seal for best noise cancelling but youll get dully immersed in whatever youre using them for. Good for exercise, travel, around the house and at work.

These earbuds are good for noise cancellation but not good when you’re talking on the phone with someone and if you answer a call, you have to reconnect the headphones,if you are a iPhone user I highly recommend the AirPod Pro 2

Hi Justin, I'm glad you like your QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds for noise cancellation. If you're having trouble on calls, make sure the earbuds' logo is angled down towards your mouth/chin for optimal mic pickup. The earbuds shouldn't disconnect when you receive a call, so I'd recommend contacting our support team, so we can see what exactly is happening and provide assistance: https://support.bose.com/s/get-help-landing-page?language=en_US. I've tried other brands that boast they have the best noise cancelling (2024) but this product out shines all of the others hands down. Don't waste your time and money, go straight to the best. absolutely recommend these over all others.

When these work, they sound great. However, they have a lot of issues: - The sound fades in from silence. Any brief pause in audio will be followed by an inability to hear. If you're on a phone call with a pause, you'll miss the first 1-2 seconds of what someone says. If you're listening to a video with a pause, you'll miss the 1-2 seconds of audio on resumption. And music will feel oddly muted many times throughout the song. - The connection is poor. Pull it out of the case, the left one doesn't work. Put them back in, wait 3 second for the blinking lights to stop, try again and now it's the right one. You may have to try 5+ times to get them working every time you start listening to something. It's a real shame because these are pretty great at times. But these problems are a daily nuisance to a very expensive product.

Thanks for your review of the QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds. I'm glad you're enjoying them, but I am sorry to hear about the issues you've mentioned as well.

The sound fading in from silence doesn't seem normal, and could be down to the app or mobile device that you're using. I would recommend trying a different app or mobile device, and testing for the same behavior. The connectivity issues may also be resolved by trying a different mobile device, or rebooting your current mobile device.

If issues persist, please reach out to our customer support team, who will gladly assist you further: https://support.bose.com/s/get-help-landing-page?language=en_US.
