Technical problem

Out of sudden no sound while playing music or after a phone call the buds wont display a sound. I had to return the buds.

When making calls, external noises are deafening to those on the other end. Even things such as running water in the sink and birds chirping. I've found it pretty much useless for that and that is why I bought it. Wish I would have returned it. Also, I lost a small hard piece that holds one of the rubber parts right away somehow and now it always comes off in my ear.

If you have lost one part of the eartip kit (the eartip or the stability bands) then that could explain why you are not getting the best experience with your earbuds, as they won't be sitting firmly in your ear. Posted .Hi Troy, the QuierComfort Ultra earbuds have up to 6 hours when the Immersive Audio is off, or up to 4 hours when this mode is enabled. And the case with 100% charge will give you 18 hours of battery.
