If sweating or hands are wet and you activate ANC it will cylce thre the different setting. Also with high pitch noises the ANC will start the break noise cancelling and amplify the high pitch sound such as weed eater, hammer, high pitch pings, grinders. But over all good ear buds

Good but not better than the last generation

The old case showed you the charge level more clearly and the buds were easier to remove & replace in the case. These new buds also dont stay in ky ears as well. The sound quality and noise cancelation is still great.

The wing tips held them in place no matter my head position. But after 3 days of use at work the Bluetooth would cut out, speakers would sound as if they're was interference, the noise canceling would pop on extremely loud in one ear, the Bose app wouldn't recognize the buds, only worked for calls, media would cut out, the buds refused to pair. Resetting everything allowed it to work for an hour before reverting to how they were before. If they worked how they are suppose to it'd be a 4/5. Getting the buds out of the case is awkward, and the touch sensors are finicky often changing the volume instead of playing or pausing.

The sound quality is superb! The different modes. The active noise cancelling seriously can not hear anything. Very comfortable fit. I have never found earbuds that fit in my ears so well.

I bought these after another set of Bose QC20’s started to break. Since they’re not offered anymore, I had to go with these. Great sound and I like the holder that stores a couple of charges. The battery life of the earbuds isn’t the greatest, but you have to take the good with the bad. Would not recommend for using while driving or in busy areas like airports, as they do pick up lots of ambient noise around you. The adjustable noice cancellation is another great feature I enjoy, so that way you’re not totally immersed with your audio and cannot hear what’s going on around you.

After studying a lot, I found in your store the Bose headphones are quiet, totally comfortable, and have good battery hours; I LOVE IT!!

Haven't ever been a fan of any sort of earbuds in the past but perhaps I finally have found something that will work. These things pop right into the ear & hold. I'm also sort of a snob when it comes to good sound and I'd say these don't disappoint. Worth the money.

I bought these for my husband shortly before our 10 hour flight. The battery lasted the entire time! The sound and noise cancelling are also superb. He did not hear any "plane" noise the entire time.
