She had an old pair of Bose SoundSport headphones and has always sworn by them and she was hesitant about the new ones. Recently, she worked remotely and used the headphones and said they were a game changer. Sound quality is excellent and the noise cancelling is a stand out.

They sound great straight out of the box so not much adjusting necessary. The noise cancelling is great as well. The phone call quality is awful, really bad. These are unusable if you need clear phone calls. Otherwise, great buds.

Bose headphones

Noise cancellation works great when on the outside noise is gone you can hear some noise but people talking you cannot. The immersion is the best option they have on the settings you can pick from its noise canceling and the sound is excellent.

The bass is amazing and the quality is also very great. However, these are not earbuds I would recommend if you work out because they are quite heavy and do not fit the most comfortable.

Exchanged 3 times…hopefully this will be the last. Problems with Bluetooth connection - took into geek squad and even they couldn’t connect the headphones.

If you continue to have any issues with Bluetooth connection please try to remove the earbuds In the Bluetooth settings of the Bluetooth device.
do this by removing your product from the list, including any duplicate listings labeled LE (Low Energy), then reconnect it to the device.
