I love everything about these headphones and how clear the sound is. These offer amazing options for sound. I would recommend them to anyone easily. And if you don’t have a pair of these and still use AirPods, I would recommend switching.

Headphones kept falling out of ears when running & working out. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for ear buds to move a lot in.

Sorry to hear that you're having concerns with the fit, you should take some time to experiment with different eartip and stability band sizes to arrive at a combination that suits you. It’s common for left and right ears to vary slightly in shape, so sizes may not match from left to right. Also, eartip and stability band sizes may be mixed and matched . If you find that you need alternate sizes, extra small and extra-large eartips and stability bands are available through Bose Support.

Luckily mine fit perfectly, but as I’ve heard is the reason why they returned is because they aren’t too adjustable towards different ears just one specific ear size, even though they include different size earpieces, but as well as you know, Bose focuses more instead of songs it is really good at clarifying and insulating the same noise and sound into a better listening experience

Good headphones, iffy software

If you can get it to work then they are amazing in both sound quality and cancellation.

Noise cancellation is not 100% effective!

But I was a little disappointed in terms of noise cancellation. Noise cancellation is not effective when it comes to crying children.Anyone looking for equipment with noise cancellation should look for another type of headphone. Therefore, I do not recommend purchasing in this case.
