Well its been a month and more issues started to happen; they disconnect on their own when I pause a video and try to start again. The static noise continued. They are going back as this is annoying.

The QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds have a "noise floor" (as do all earbuds with active electronics), but this shouldn't affect your enjoyment of the earbuds. Posted .Hello, it's great to hear you were impressed by the sound quality of the QC Ultra Earbuds! With regard to them falling out, I'd suggest trying a different combination of the tips and stability bands. It sounds like you've not found the perfect match yet. Remember, not all ears are symmetrical, so you may need a certain size on the left and a smaller/larger size on the right. Give this a go and you should be able to enjoy a jog without the worry of them leaving your ears!

Only improvement required is to filter the background noise from the speaker side. When you speak, it picks up noise from the background and the person on the other side hears all the sound from the background
