Upon purchase, the box appeared undamaged and nothing seemed amiss. However, upon opening it at home, we discovered an empty, soiled case for AirPods inside. We promptly returned to the store and explained the situation to the staff, who were understanding and facilitated an exchange. They allowed us to return the original purchase and provided us with a new box, which we inspected in-store to ensure no similar issues occurred.

Posted .Hi Cody, I'm sorry to hear one of your QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds is only playing at a third of the volume you'd expect.
