    You ever go into an experience with mind pre blown and then blown further when actually going through the experience. Well the ultra quiet comforts do that to your ears. From the moment you put them on their is a sense of comfort and feel like "yeah I could definitely wear these for hours". Unlike the Bang and Olufsen EQ's that fatigue your ear canals and still let some of th external sound in. These are great earphones to have, I definitely recommend them.

    Nice but the sound didn’t blow my socks off. Disconnected from blue tooth. Overall it was good

    Great for listening to music for a workout. That’s all. If you want to make phone calls this will make it difficult to do so. They randomly disconnect too. Not compatible at least not with iPhone.

    Not very user friendly and fall out a lot

    I’ve used Bose SoundSport earbuds for years and assumed these earbuds would be comparable. The fit is different. I’ve tried every combination of tip and wing and they don’t stay in very well. Additionally, the user interface with my iPhone isn’t intuitive. If I take them out to have a short conversation with someone I have to jump through hoops to get them to turn on again. The tap to play doesn’t work about 80% of the time. I feel like I have to keep my phone close for controls. I thought things would get better once I figured out the controls but it’s been over a month now.

    Cons out of the way first. Call quality is hot garbage at best. Sound is muffled for both parties on the call. I wish I would of done more research on these before purchasing as this is a known issue. Can not turn off ANC. I wish it was set up like Jabra. On, Hear Through, Off. You can adjust it lower or put it in Aware mode which is similar to Hear Through. Pros. ANC is great. Sound is great for music, podcasts, videos ect. Great sound quality.

Regarding the ANC settings the QuietComfort only have adjustable levels and Aware Mode, which allows ambient sound in for better situational awareness.

    Around three months after purchasing them, started to have some crunchy noises in the quiet mode. Recently, about one month ago, beside the crunchy noises, they started doing other strange things, jumping from an apparent disconnection to another effect, kind of swapping audio between both ear pieces, sometimes several times in one period of use, sometimes ok for days… definitely disappointed. Best Buy exchanged them, so I will try luck again, because when they work, they are very good.
