Gets 2 stars only for the good noise cancelation otherwise goose egg! No wireless charging case, that’s $50 + extra on their site. No find my earbuds, it was dropped from these, really!! These are small and often misplaced.. Have my phone in my pocket and the connection is often spotty and yes I’ve updated all. Bose is overpriced and overrated!! Pass on these guys!

As for any issues with an unreliable connection, these can often be fixed by rebooting the connected device (e.g. your smartphone), or pairing a different device to the earbuds and comparing performance. These Bose headphones are already having Quality issues after six months and won't stay in my head. Previously I had the PowerBeats Pro as a headphone that was primarily for working out and also functioned well when working and doing other tasks. They lasted for more than five years until unfortunately they failed on me. For whatever reason I decided to try the Bose earbuds after reading some online reviews about how good the sound quality was, and how well the noise cancelling worked. I should have bought another pair of Beats. I have barely had these six months and the right earbud will now disconnect from the case and is not charging fully. The earbuds have a constant white noise when the environment is quiet and during workouts they consistently fall out, and yes, I have tried all combinations of supplied hardware from Bose to secure them. They simply do not work. Long story short I shouldn't have strayed from the PowerBeats lineup as they were fantastic, and cheaper than this disappointing product.

Posted .Hi Tanner, thanks for your review of the QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds! I'm very sorry to hear of your disappointment compared to your previous product, especially when you're working out.
If your right earbud is disconnecting from the charging case, or just isn't charging fully, then try performing a reset of your earbuds, which can help. A slight hiss from your earbuds is actually normal. Any headphones designed with batteries and other active electronics will introduce a low-sounding "noise floor", but this won't be audible most of the time, especially when music is playing.
As for the difficulty in finding a secure fit, thanks for trying all combinations of eartip and stability band. If you can't find a combination that fits you well, don't forget to try the alternate eartip and stability band sizes (XS, XL) that are available separately. This should help you find the fit you need.
