Posted .I'm sorry to hear you returned your QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds! As long as your connected Bluetooth device is turned up loud enough, the earbuds should supply plenty of volume. We would advise general caution when using any electronic product (Bose or non-Bose) at maximum volume, as this could cause damage to the listener's hearing over time. Gets 2 stars only for the good noise cancelation otherwise goose egg! No wireless charging case, that’s $50 + extra on their site. No find my earbuds, it was dropped from these, really!! These are small and often misplaced.. Have my phone in my pocket and the connection is often spotty and yes I’ve updated all. Bose is overpriced and overrated!! Pass on these guys!

Whether 1 ear stop working, or static sound arises, and also where the ear-bud slips out your ear, you have to be very careful with them not slipping out...
