    There is this skip that happens idk why also when I try touching the right side ear bud it sometimes screechs very loudly or if I laying on my side. The touch controls are very sensitive and don't really function well. The music and sound are amazing in Immerse mode. I haven't tested it out for anything else. I wish samsung would drop some new earbuds because there pro headphones have static noise.

      I'm happy to hear you like the sound of the QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds, Andres, especially in Immersive Audio mode. However, what you've mentioned about overly sensitive touch controls and a "screeching" sound in one earbud seems unusual. These issues may also be related to the "skipping" behavior that you referred to.
