Very good noise cancellation and sound quality. Fits well. Good battery life.

I am very pleased with it. I got these after one of my Airpods stopped working. The battery lasts longer and I love the noise cancelling feature, works perfectly. It took me a bit to get used to the extra features I didn’t have with the airpods but once I learned I love it! They stay good in place and the sound is awesome!

I upgraded from my old over-ear BOSE and BEATS headphones to these in-ear earbuds, and I’m really impressed. The noise-canceling feature is outstanding. I can mow my lawn on my tractor—a notoriously loud environment—and still enjoy music or a podcast with almost no interference from the mower’s noise. Plus, earbuds have a distinct advantage over over-ear headphones: they don’t flatten your hair. While it might not matter at home, if you’re on a plane and heading straight to a business meeting, you won’t have to worry about that telltale headband arc. Definitely something to consider! Furthermore, the battery life is great. I don't find myself having to constantly charge these things and if I do its rather quickly bc of the usb-c.

Great sound love the earbuds, the app is garbage and doesnt connect with the earbuds most of the time. Sometimes they randomly disconnect and you have to put them in the case just to take it right...... I've had them a short time, they are wrll taken care of, and connection is the biggest issue.

I absolutely love Bose and they did not miss with these earbuds. I didn’t give them 5 stars because the transition of connectivity from my iPhone to the earbuds are not as seamless as my old AirPod Pros were. However, the sound quality is far superior to any earphones that I’ve ever had. It truly sounds like I’m in a movie theater while listening to my music or books. Thank you Bose for continuously meeting and exceeding my expectations.

Absolutely love these Bose earbuds. I have used various Bose earbud type products over the years and these are without a doubt the best yet. You will have to find the right size for you. I use these for working out at a fitness center. At first I used the original size that was provided. However, I had to change to the large. Changing the size was easy to do and now works fantastic for the workouts. There are three different modes you can choose. I use the immersion mode. The only bad thing about this mode is the battery charge goes down faster. The place I workout at is undergoing renovations so there's a lot of extra noise from their working. The immersion mode makes that background noise almost disappear completely. The sound quality of the earbuds is outstanding. It would be nice if Bose would make it a bit easier to tell the difference between right and left earbuds. As an older guy, it is very difficult to see the R or L symbol on the earbud. In order to get the immersion mode to work correctly you have to make sure that your earbuds are on properly. If you have them on wrong you will not be able to get the immersion mode working. This product is well worth the investment.

I purchased the Ultras and had a problem with connection to my phone. Hooking up and listening to music was no problem. I would try to make phone calls and the right earbud would not always connect. There were calls where I wanted to add the left earbud during the call and nothing. I exchanged them for another set in and it set seemed to be better but I've experienced the same issue lately. I have the QC 2's, they worked fine, but the new Ultras have updated options. I appreciate this as it did improve phone calls. I still rate them them a four because the sound is fantastic, when they are working correctly. Phone calls on the receivers end seem to be better as well. I would recommend to purchase the Ultras when they are on sale.

Sound quality is beyond superb, perfection at it's best, and the comfort allows you to wear them all day, and the battery life allows them to go all day, so you can have a beautiful soundtrack as you make your way through life. The app is easy to use, and takes great sound to a new heights. Great work Bose, you never disappoint.

the noise cancellation is perfect. they are super comfortable the way they fit in your ear. i bought these after having the first gen (i lost those was heart broken) and got these when they came out. the battery last longer than the Sony ones and i can go around 4 days with out having to charge the base,

The sound is amazing, as it always is with Bose. They're still a little on the quiet side, though. Still figuring out which ear piece size is right for my ear. The noise-cancellation works very well.

I’m a big fan on Bose earbuds because I feel like they fit in my ears the best. This is my third pair from the quiet comfort line and I am pleased to say they are the best so far. I can wear these for hours at a time and never notice any discomfort. The sound is great. The noise cancelling is spectacular.

Let me start by saying: this is literally the best money will buy in terms of general sound quality (but if you're finicky with EQ settings, Bose isn't good with that). The Spatial Audio feature works about 95% of the time flawlessly. Sometimes there's a pop. But it could also be because I am using them under my beanies. I actually upgraded from the original QCs to these in hopes the touch controls would be better. They are horrible. SOOO sensitive. I found a way to turn off the shortcut gestures in the Bose Music app, but the tap to pause feature is always on. I'd give this product 2 stars if it weren't for the audio quality and comfort and build quality. Because the gestures ruin it. The noise cancellation quality is even better than the original QCs. I couldn't hear a meteor hit 100ft in front of me. The Aware mode is fantastic when I'm going on night walks. I can hear all the cars and horns and bikes, but still be totally tuned out. Overall, these things are fantastic aside from occasional bluetooth connectivity issues. Also, if you have a phone with a snapdragon processor, GET THESE because there's enhanced audio when the earbuds are paired to a device with those chips.

Good earbuds, but over priced. The ANC is incredible, the sound is really solid, as is the customization the app gives you. What i dont like is that the noice cancelation seems to adapt if there is a loud noise close to me, and connecting them to my phone (s24 ultra) can be hit or miss. Ido think three hundred dollars is a bit much for these, but if you can get them while they are on sale, they are a great pair of earbuds!

Great earbuds they sound amazing never would change them for another brand imreally happy with them they are great when working out they dont slide out of ear they are confortable and they block sounds even if one is not playing music so they work great for sound cancelation they are great when making a phone call

My number one concern is always the fit. If they don’t stay in my ears then the audio quality doesn’t matter. The ultras have lots of options to help you get the right fit. I swapped out the tips for some memory foam tips and the fit is solid. Number two is the sound quality. It is excellent! Custom tuning with the Bose app makes it even better. Much better high end than my other high end earbuds. Highly recommended!

I previously owned the original QC Quietcomfort earbuds and much preferred them. If only I hadn't lost the case! The sound quality and battery life for the QC Ultras are nice. The main complaint is during phone calls. The microphone picks up too much background noise, both in air and quiet modes, and is a distraction to the person receiving your call. So, I don't use these for calls. Also, there are times when the blue tooth connection drops for a second. It doesn't happen all the time, but is annoying when it occurs.

I was very tempted to give these earphones 5 stars, but after a few months of use I started to have daily problems with the connection. Sometimes it doesn't connect when I take it out of the case. Sometimes the connection with the smartphone is lost abruptly for no reason, and sometimes I need to restart my smartphone (iPhone 15 Pro) to be able to reconnect. I hope some software update resolves this. In terms of hardware quality, it is excellent with perfect isolation, and the sound quality, transparency and noise cancellation modes are undeniably top of the line.

Excellent pair of headphones. Did have to return for a new pair after a few months which is why I rated a 4, but hopefully that was an isolated incident. They stay in during rigourous workouts and runs with no issues. Noise cancelling is extremely well in a loud gym, can't hear anything but my music!
