    I've purchased two of these items and returned both of them. Sound quality and noise canceling was phenomenal, however whenever there was no noise playing you could hear computer noise in the left earbud. This noise includes beeps, hums, buzzes, and other various miscellaneous sounds of carrying pitches. Both times this happened in the left earbud only. I googled this issue briefly and it seems that Bose knows it's an occurring issue. Note: This noise could only be heard when no music or sound was playing, great earbuds otherwise but I cannot tolerance the additional buggy noise.

      I am pleased to hear that you loved the sound quality and ANC performance of the QuietComfort Ultra earbuds, but sorry you experienced this audio artefact when only the noise cancellation is playing. This sound can be caused by the noise cancellation in action, and should be very faint, barely noticeable, so we apologize if in your case you could hear it clearly.

    Amazing ANC and Sound from Small Earbuds

    Love the sound quality and incredible noise cancellation. Was shocked to get that out of earbuds. I wish they could be SLIGHTLY louder but other than that these are incredible.

    Only reason its at two stars is becauae the ANC is the best IMO. Pros that it sounds good and its ANC. Cons: 1) never connects even after factory reset (never consisitant). 2) the headset doesnt always charge while in the case. 3) bluetooth they use in this device is so out of date it doesnt even connect to more than one device. They might twll you it has multi point connection but it disconects from the first device to reach the second. 4) how do you have wireless charging in the first model but not the most expensive model. I been loyal to these headphones but this is my last.

    I got this to travel and use it on the airplane. The noise canceling is excellent. The feature set and the multipoint pairing are other great options. It can be connected to multiple devices. The only issue is with the Mic; it takes in a lot of noise from the surroundings.

    They're great, for the daily and the gym. Much better than the sony xm5. The only negative i have is that the Bose app causes issues with Bluetooth connection. But as long as you don't open the app everything works perfectly.

    Ear buds I've had in the past kept losing connectivity to one ear or the other. They weren't as noise canceling as these, and the sound wasn't as good. They would slip out easily and just more of a headache than they were worth. With the experience in the past, i was hesitant to try these, but I'm glad i did.

    These earbuds are my favorite. I have about 6 pair of modern wireless earbuds, including the AirPods Pro 2, which are also great sounding. But the Bose are the ultimate in sound, ease of use, noise filtering and auditory feedback, such as battery level and noise control mode. It is very close between the AirPods and the Bose, so I use the AirPods on my iPhone, and the Bose for all other media, including Roku. At least for me, they are wondrous.

    I love the sound of my Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds in any of the three modes, Quiet, Aware or Immersion. With the different sizes ear pieces I can choose the one that makes a perfect fit.

    Beloved comfortable prefabricated sound, S-tier ANC, and design RUINED by connectivity. I discovered Bose 3 years ago with the original QC earbuds after switching from beats. Bose has that prefabricated sound signature that is just so clean, crisp, and comfortable for your listening that I can just listen to music all day and actually enjoy it. Other companies’ sound signatures, yes, do have clean vocal, punchy bass, and whatnot BUT their sounds are not prefabricated and would cause ear fatigue after awhile. You just can appreciate this kind of sound signatures from Bose till you test it. Had been in love with the brand and got a few pair of NC700 for me and loved ones. Again, amazing prefabricated sound signature. BUT… when was ready for an upgrade, purchased these QC Ultra. Connection problems like one side would not connect, lose connection, both earbuds would drop out of connection and reconnect by themselves, etc. took the time to return and exchange for another pair thinking was just a malfunction but no. Oh, not to mention their second to none, terrifyingly amazing ANC. I am just so disappointed, and truly hope Bose can get it together with their upcoming products as I truly love their sound signature.

    These are fantastic; I love the fidelity and the fit. They're very comfortable in my ears and unlike other earbuds that I've had, they aren't super sensitive to accidental brushes/touches.
